Big Lots

I am so happy with my containers. The 6 quarts for only $1.80 & the 15 quarts for only $3.80 each. I started out with 7 each and I'll probably need to go back for more. They are so perfect. I had wanted to buy two smaller sizes but they were actually way more expensive $3.50 and $4.50. I asked one of the clerks why, and she told me that the two sizes I bought are only seasonal items. Bummer. That's okay, I am really happy with what I did purchase. I actually went in to buy just the water hose. I went to my car started to drive away and realized I had to go back and buy the water hose!! I was able to use a $5 off coupon which Big Lots emailed me. I was really happy about that one. I was actually able to use the $5 off coupon on both separate purchases. Thank goodness I forgot to buy the water hose so I could use it again!

This store is one of the nicest Big Lots I have ever visited. It neatly organized and items were in shelves without falling on the floor. There were many items for women.

All in all, I rate this place 5 stars. Thank goodness for the very friendly staff, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and very well organized 👌

Manager was amazing. He helped my daughter and I load the big stuff into our car. The cashier was super sweet and we found so many deals.

I had a very nice shopping experience. The store was clean and several employees did ask me if they could help me find anything or was there anything in particular I was looking for. I also appreciated the fact that they did not make me feel that I was going to steal anything. I am so uncomfortable with store staff exuding an air a possible thievery from customer like me. At check out the cashier was very friendly and what I really look for in customer service is that she made eye contact with me I always like when I'm shopping that they see me as a person, And not just another person to take money from.

Came here for the first time despite the hesitancy because of the location. I was greeted by an employee and he asked if I needed any help. Although I didn’t end up buying anything, he still took the time to try his best to help and I definitely appreciate that. Thank you, Angel!

I've always loved Big Lots but prices sure have skyrocketed. It's really ashame. You have some very nice things in the store. It started out like a 5 & dime store, but a little better quality. Wish we could go back in time once in awhile. I loved all of the stores like TG&Y and Woolworths.

I bought a cabinet here and made a big mistake in my approach to this place. Justin the manager handled himself extremely well through my aggravated approach towards him. I deeply apologize for my actions towards Justin and am woman enough to admit my wrong when due. I was wrong in this case. I want to put this review up to show that there are people in this world that actually have compassion for humans as a natural ensticnt and know how to manage properly and with utmost respect for people as a whole and excellence. Well Justin deserves this credit in the way he dealt with me. Thank you for treating me like a human. And even going beyond his position as a manager should or wants to when not having to. Good place to find good deals and items for fraction of the cost than in other stores.

Bought a super sweet Bluetooth speaker for $10 amd its mad decent for the price. Also a young man helped me find several items I was looking for and was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a cool store.

Awesome Big Lots store. Huge store size but very organized and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful when needed. Lots of inventory and great selection of items for sale. In a complex with other great stores to shop at. Location is excellent.

Love Big Lots Always find what I'm looking for, nice cashier

Wonderful! I was just looking around at the mattresses and trying them out when one of the staff came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything (Her name is Tara and she was amazing at customer sevice). I told her I was just looking around and doing price matching. I was trying out the futon mattresses and explained to her that I have a tiny room and my Queen bed takes up too much space and is uncomfortable. Plus, I play videogames and sitting up in the middle of the bed hurts my back. I told her my plans of how to arrange my room and she was super helpful. She gave me estimates on how much the futon frame with mattresses would be. She also explained that instead of paying it all off in one go, I can do finances and if I pay it off within 90 days, then I won't be charged extra. She even gave me a flyer explaining how to sign up for finances. She is amazing and I appreciate how much she helped me.

I love how they greet you when coming in the store. All the staff at this store were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Will be coming back.
