Absolutely great place! The lady stopped what she was doing to help me find some boots today and didn't even have to ask her. She was great, and the manager lady was great. Absolutely best customer service. Has that old day feel where they actually want to be there and help... That attitude that's almost extinct in stores now. Great business. Will definitely be returning often!

The staff at Eli's provides excellent customer service. My boyfriend purchased a pair jeans that ended up being too long. I'm a couple hours away from the store so zipping back to exchange would have been difficult. The manager brought the correct size in from the Okeechobee location and was kind enough to allow me to exchange by mail. Hard to find such good service these days. Thank you Eli's for going above and beyond.

Good selection on boots and other items. There was a pair of boots I had been wanting. They went out their way to find them. Do to everything going on they worked with the manufacturer. It took about 4 weeks but they got them in and I did not have to pay anything till the store got them. Now couple more payments and they mine.

Walked in 15 mins to closing time to specifically get work boots that I need asap . I gotta say the young man who helped me find exactly what I needed was the most helpful person ever !! I live out of state but found this store through a google search while looking for a specific pair of shoes in size 14 (hard to find). I placed an order online and it shipped and arrived extremely quickly! It was exactly what I was looking for and was extremely impressed with the entire process - so much so I just placed a 2nd order with them!

Large selection of boots, hats, belts, buckles, jeans, shirts, shoes. Service was a little impatient. Really good store though.

Friendly staff and great western store

We went in just to look and the people were so sweet and allowed our kids to try on boots. Its also an absolutely beautiful and organized store. Lots of fun to check out and everything western themed..

First time in the store today and was completely surprised with how polite and helpful the staff were. I didn't walk halfway in the store without being asked if there was anything they could help me with.

When I did need help they did a fantastic job at getting me what I needed.

The owner is usually there. They have tons of clothing, fancy girl shoes, boots, Brighton, Yeti, and smells like leather when you walk in! Love this place!
