Excellent experience. Sebastian was a consumer's wish for a salesperson and how they should be. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he listened and provided the answers. When I left the store, I had the purchase of a charging cable for my cellphone (that's why I visited the store) and a new Galaxy tablet (I have wanted one for a long time). Thank you, Sabastian, for taking the time to make me comfortable with my decision.

Emily was amazing going above and beyond in getting us through the process of transferring my phone to the existing T-mobile account.
She was helpful answering all our questions and we ended up including 3 tablets and other needed things I wouldn't have thought of until later.

Korbyn helped helped me today He was most helpful. I had such a good experience at T-Mobile today. That was most welcoming and not a bit frustrating he was able to move through the process in a way that absolutely fascinated me. I’m leaving the store now with complete confidence in this new cellular service and that’s all thanks to Korbyn.

After walking out of the north DeLand store for very unprofessional behavior, I could not have been more pleased with the customer service in Orange City. Manny was my representative. He was not only helpful but he explained the features of the new phone very well. While my new phone was updating, I had the opportunity to observe how all the representatives interacted with customers. All four representatives were well spoken, informative and calm. I highly recommend this location if you are an existing T-Mobile subscriber or if you are considering a new provider.

Came into the store before closing and our associate, Korbyn, went above and beyond to address our issues and make sure everything on the account was working before we left. We then came in a week later to purchase a new phone and add a line and Emmanuel was also a pleasure to work with. This location excells in customer service and product knowledge. Highly recommend.

Korbin is excellent! I brought my phone to him with multiple set up issues (I did it myself) and he fixed everything! He also hooked me up with a great deal!! He is a great asset to your company. Very patient also.

The person who helped me was Megan. I can't even begin to express how helpful she was. Everyone in there was personable as well as professional. Megan helped me pick out the best plan for me. I was leary about getting a watch with the new phone and plan but she talked me thru every single thing and explained from the plan to what it offered compared to other plans and which would be better suited for my lifestyle. Plus not once did she talk at me. Rather talked to me. Which I really appreciated. I can not
recommend this store and her service more!

Sebastian and Dylan were absolutely amazing! I usually hate upgrading my phone because the salesman are horrible but these guys were the best! It was honestly the most fun experience I’ve ever had in a phone store and Sebastian’s Dad jokes are A1!!

We came in late on a Sunday not knowing what time they closed. We were greeted by all of the staff. Very nice and personable staff! Got a good deal on a trade-in. iPhone 14 Pro and an iPad for a pretty decently low price a month. Didn’t even know that was an option, but glad it was! Jesus was great! Left the store and realized something wasn’t right, went back and they had it fixed right away. Can’t brag enough about how professional and good at their jobs they are! Full of knowledge and honesty about what they’re selling you. 10/10 would recommend!
