The Store Had Everything We Needed, to pamper our new family member. Also, we found a Real Friend in "Donny," the Store Attendant -- Extremely Knowledgeable/Informative & displayed a Real Love, for What He Does.

I went into the store and was greeted by a Young lady, then I walked to the back of the store and there was a lady there doing stock. I went into the fish department because I’m looking for Aveda and they had a really big selection which I was very happy about!!! The young lady then asked if I needed any assistance and I was telling her that I was starting a new beta tank, so she went and got me a shopping cart and we got a new beta tank, a beta and other accessories for the tank, to my surprise it was the store manager, her name was Millie, I was super surprised to see that a store manager would take the time to help me in the store , I would definitely go back because of the great experience I had with the store manager and the young lady at the register Sara. Thank you to pet supermarket.

Milagros is absolutely amazing extremely knowledgeable & so kind. I recommend you come to this pet supermarket to see her because she is simply AMAZING.

This was my first time going into the store a couple days ago and Milagros one of the employees was so helpful. She helped me select what food I should get for my dogs & she was very knowledgeable when it came to wanting to buy fish. She explained what fish were best kept staying together & helped me select what fish tank and filter is best for those fish. Would go back 100 times maybe even 1000. Great experience! Please come here for great customer service !

My first time shopping at this location and I was so pleased. I spoke with Shannon about my fish tank and she was so patient and answered ALL my questions. I am treating my tank with the right products now and I will be back within a week so she can retest the water. Thank you Shannon. She is a great asset to your company.

I love the products love the animals most of the employees are very friendly there is one woman cashier here who is very rude

Very nice store to shop for your pet needs. My visit today 5/5/22 was a positive experience, I went in to make an exchange when I purchased the wrong food for my bearded dragon and she was super cool, polite and understanding. She took care of my concern with no problems. Definitely recommend this pet shop and the manager Definitely deserves a raise for being so positive and professional.

I called at what turned out to be a very busy time and a young woman who's name I believe was Morgan assured me that my multiple in depth questions about becoming a rabbit owner were no bother at all, despite the flurry of scanning I could hear in the background. I was really impressed felt just as important as a customer in-store, which is very rare. When I arrived, they could already tell it was me! The manager, Mari? And the young lady had assembled me a cart with absolutely everything I needed to walk out the door with my new friends and no worries that I had overlooked something! Absolutely stellar experience. Most pet stores have friendly people, but this was truly next level.

If it wasn’t for Millie I wouldn’t come to this store. But she just knows her stuff unlike any other pet store I have ever went to. If u have any questions about ur pets u need to come and see Millie. I promise u, that you’ll thank me later!.!.!.

I want to start by saying that the Pet Supermarket in Deltona is awesome. Cajun the employee that works there is so very helpful, friendly and very detailed when explaining to me about the caring of beta fish. Cajun took his time explaining and I can tell he was doing his best making sure me as the customer I'm satisfied with products I purchase for my fish. I hope Cajun gets recognized for the excellence of customer.service and service.

Im a long time fish keeper and found the manager Millie at the Providence Pet Supermarket, Deltona, to be very knowledgeable and willing to help. Ive ordered several groups of Southies and am quite pleased.

Well I'd like to let everyone know. It has been awhile since I've been in pet supermarket and enjoyed it. They have a new manager Millie and a associate she is training. Well if they follow her lead they will be friendly, helpful n a pleasure to see. Thank for your help with changing my dog's food.
It is nice to be noticed when you you shopping..

Went in looking for dog food. Spoke to Millie about my concerns and she recommended performatin and pumpkin, since changing might give dog tummy ache. I have been using it for 5 days and she loves it. Will most certainly be back again. Loved the customer service Millie provided that is something you don't see in many places today.

This was my third time going to this store the first 2x were not great at all the people were so RUDE, I came in today to see about getting some parakeets, I walk in the store and the young lady welcomed me, and she let me look around then walked over to me, and asked if I needed any help, I let her know that i was maybe getting some birds today , we talked about everything, she was super sweet and very professional , i cant remember her name but her badge said assistant manager The best part of this visit was the fact that this young lady rang me up for the birds then gave me a flower and said happy mommies day, this has never happen before to me in any store, The best experience ever!!!

Millie the manager is the best she always takes time to help just one example she gave me advice on how to set up my grandsons axoloto tank a very hard process and she coached me through it took a week above and beyond also always friendly and great customer service if you have a issue go to millie her knowledge is a 10 star🙏
