Best card store I've been to since I've moved down to the Flint area. Great deals on trades, great prices on cards. Devin was also super cool and welcoming.

I go to card shops and tabletop game shops all over the state, and this store always has an amazingly huge stock of singles, precons, and other carg games and tabletop games. It's a great little store. If you're in the area, check them out.

Fantastic game shop in the Genesee county area. Friendly service, great selection and fair prices. I plan on making this one of my "go to" shops. If they don't have "it" they'll check and see if it can be ordered as you wait. After having gone to the other stores in the area I am glad to find an exemplary shop to spend my money.

AMAZING store. My 3 brothers and I just stopped by to get some Magic decks for the 4 of us. Nicholas was SUPER helpful and knowledgable. He was excellent. We will be back for sure! This store is beautiful and very well organized. I could probably spend hours in there!

What a fantastic store! I just discovered this place on Court Street in Flint Michigan, and I'm really impressed! Miniatures, paint supplies, card games, deck building, board games, D&D, dice games, collectibles, etc! The shop has it all, and if they don't, they will find it for you! They have a large gaming room and a great selection of games to play! They have snacks and drinks for sale, and a posted schedule of gaming opportunities and tournaments! The staff are helpful, AND the bathrooms are CLEAN! Great store!

Clean, brightly lit game shop in the heart of Flint. What a jewel of a game shop! The Flint area is fortunate to have such a quality game site! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The shelves are well- stocked. There is a nicely stocked library for patrons to play in shop. There are refreshments available. The restroom was very clean. There is a nice area for tournaments and free play. If you special order a game(s) through the store, you'll recieve a 15% discount. Just stopped back in the store today. They now have Magic the Gathering starter boxes (300) for $14.99 each!

One of the best stores in the area. Good schedule of events, good staff, good crowd. Events fire nicely and they always have product in stock.

Place is great. Employees are cool and they've usually go the singles im looking for. Pioneer every week is a blast!

I came here for the first time a little while back not knowing anyone or what to expect. I was welcomed with open arms as everyone was very friendly and kind to me and my wife.
Another plus is that the bathroom is very clean! I try to make it up here as much as I can, and I'd say it's worth the hour drive for me.

My go to local place to buy supplies for all my card collecting needs. I absolutely hate going to Wal-fart or target to get supplies because half the time Walmart on Corunna Rd is just a laughable place to say the least for anything related to sports cards, pokes,magic, Yu-Gi-Oh etc etc. Mostly because 95% of there cards are ripped open and searched/stolen and the supplies go right along with that. I picked up a packet of 500 penny sleeves for myself and looked inside seem there was only 400 missing lol. Those are the reasons I love using great escape gaming they have never been out of anything I have needed and their prices are the same or better than wal-dart or tar-bet. Actually im about to make a quick stop in there to grab a few sleeves and maybe some top loaders so I have enough to last me the next few days. Highly recommended place that's also knowledgeable in the TCG games. Also have huge selection of board games from A-Z . If you need a rare board game and can't find it anywhere they almost certainly will have it or if they don't im sure there knowledgeable staff will be happy to order it for you. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Guys working was very nice polite and very helpful! I've seen this place but never went in until my son kept bothering me to go sell some Pokemon cards to them and I caved in and went. It was actually pretty cool and interesting lol definitely changed since the 90s when I played and had my Pokemon cards. Definitely got a a variety of different stuff and they have tables getting set up for like torments and that which is kinda cool . I wouldn't mind trying one if I ever found something that interested me and that. Definitely worth checking out !

Great place for playing Yu-Gi-Oh! They are very nice people and the tournaments are fun, cool and awesome!

In a time when shops are out to drain every cent out of your wallet by marking things up, this store has kept prices down and takes care of their customers.
Sure there is no MSRP on Magic the Gathering products now but this store doesn't price gouge their customers because of it.
Do yourself a favor and become one of their customers.

A great place to go for all of your gaming needs! They have something for you no matter what kind of games you like. They have a huge selection of board games and a nice selection of demo games to try out. Lots of space to play. If you're into Magic, they have you covered (not my thing, but they have lots). Like minis, D&D or any flavor of Warhammer? Dice, paint, giant Pikachu? Eclectic and quirky restroom decor? They have what you need or can probably get it quickly.
Although a well stocked store is great, the staff are what makes Great Escape Gaming truly great. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take the time to explain games to make sure you will enjoy what you buy, not just push the latest or most expensive games like some other stores. Sometimes, they will invite you to try a game with them. When was the last time Bezos sat down to play a game with you before you bought from Amazon? Not only that, but many of the regular customers will invite you to watch and learn, or outright participate in their favorite games as well. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic store. The guys who run the store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, great to have a conversation with. Prices are the best around and they carry pretty much everything you need.

The people who come and play at the store are some of the friendliest people you could hope to meet. You don't get the elitist vibe that is present at some gaming stores. Great place to come for MTG and Pokemon. I don't play Yu-Gi-Oh but there always seems to be a good crowd showing up for that as well.

There seems to be a large showing for miniatures as well and a few different DnD groups.

Basically, no matter your game of choice, great place to play.

Can't wait for Covid to be over and events to resume!

There's a lot of horror stories out there of "FLGS"s that are unwelcoming or dismissive, especially if you are not one of their normal/regular customers. This store is NOT that. I've been to very few gaming shops that are as welcoming as Great Escape. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and if they don't have something you are looking for they will order it. The last year has resulted in a lot of supply chain issues (especially for GW products), so some things have been hard to get. The staff has been good about being upfront with what they can get and do a good job of informing you about the status of your order. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is into TCGs, TTRPGS, tabletop wargaming, mini painting, or board games.

This is a game store doing everything right. Tyler, Scott, and Eric are truly wonderful human beings, and their diligence in creating and maintaining an environment that is inviting, friendly, and fun, can be seen throughout the store. There's an abundance of space for gaming, and they have a wonderful selection of card, role playing, and miniature games.

I seriously can't say enough nice things about this operation. Treat yourself and come check it out in person.
