As to to now it is my favorite store of all times because of its fresh to taste foods served daily an the best water in the state of Michigan if you don't believe me have your water tested if it holds any value

Shakes and smoothies are addicting, selection is great, the staff is amazing! I've moved out of the city but still make a special effort to go here. This is my go to place for groceries and a quick bite.

This place has not only the cleanest water in Flint but the healthiest as well. Bottled in glass alkaline water can buy it by the gallon or invest in a filtration system for your own house. Also carries unique to find supplments ans michigan made products. Full line grocer, Bulk foods, supplments, kombuchas, cleaning products and more. This place is very nice at helping people get healthy. Located in a quaint renivated house downtown Flint. One of my favorite family businesses.
