I went to fleet feet to get a new pair of sneakers. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but went through the fitting process. I left with a different pair of sneakers. I was extremely happy with the experience. The customer service was excellent and Jenn who worked with me was extremely knowledgeable. The store was busy when we walked in, but they took our names so we would be seen in the order we came in. I never felt rushed and I am really happy with the sneakers I purchase. I highly recommend Fleet Feet! I am going to bring my entire family back there!

Have been getting shoes from fleet feet for years. Liam was an excellent help and knew what he was talking about. Their advanced technology helped get the perfect fit for my abnormal feet.

My consultant, Liam did an excellent job. Scanned my foot and my walk, brought me shoes he thought would work best and inserts. I’ve been wearing my new shoes with my inserts for two days and I already feel the difference. Thank you to my podiatrist, Micah Spencer, too for referring me there.

Great customer service! Bought my wife some On Cloud shoes she really wanted. Quinn helped us, he got her feet sized, and insoles that helped make them more comfortable.

We've been going to Fleet Feet for a long time and every time we get service like the old days. Not only to they do a complete measurement of your feet with the newest technology, they take the time to really understand how you'll be using your shoes. Nice to see a place take care of its customers with such care.

Exceptional, Knowledgeable Customer Service! After listening to my needs and a scan of my feet, Kermit chose several pair of shoes for me to try on. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel rushed. I truly felt he wanted what was best for my feet, not just a sale. I will be returning to Fleet Feet for my next pair of shoes.

This store and the staff are great! Within a minute of entering the store, a team member was helping me. He did the scan of my feet, explained it to me and got several pairs of shoes that would work for me. I will definitely return!

Walt was great! He took the time to try different things to help my feet not hurt when I walked. The experience was great! New insoles and picked up a pair of shoes as well. Found my new shoe store!

Great customer service, they have a 60 day return policy and stand behind their products. I also love the FEETURES socks they sell, there's actually a left & right, cuz our feet are different.

Very very clean store. Nice selection of shoes which is why we were there. We had great personal service and Liam, our salesman knew all the features of every shoe that he showed us. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated that.

Team is extremely knowledgeable. I should have started with them before I spent $$$ on podiatrist, don't appts and MRI. I scheduled on line appointment and got there early but team was all busy with other customers. I left and came back at my scheduled time and they took me right away. Strongly suggest scheduling on line appt if you don't want to wait. They take appointments first then walk-ins. I can't rave about them enough!!!

The staff was friendly, service was excellent, and they exceeded all my expectations. I was in and out in a good amount of time, despite the store being busy. I don't think there is much that can be improved upon. I love my new shoes and they are extremely comfortable.

What an amazing shoe store. The scanning and screening process of my feet to the proper shoot aware was absolutely amazing. I would highly encourage anyone with backaches. Knee aches or ankle aches to go to this place. The shoes are pricey, (less price thsn Z-coil shoes)
but then again you are getting what you need and that's all it matters.

I had a great experience with a salesperson named Walter. He was very knowledgeable and very interested in satisfy our needs. I have had a problem with plantar fasciitis. The technology used at Fleet Feet in conjunction with the level of care that Walter provided was very much appreciated. Tired of the pain.
