I spend a lot of time at Nurseries because I love the colorful displays, seeing new plants coming in and watching what people pick out and question. I am an Arizona Native and can sometimes help people with what I know about the plant in question. If I don't know, I point out one of the knowledgeable staff.

I really like the hardworking friendly Employees at the Speedway and Kolb store in Tucson.

I ask questions and learn more while I pick out new plants each year.

I always find the environment very positive and the plants always thrive that I purchase from Lowe's!

I needed some boxes so I ordered some boxes online. I was disappointed because you couldn't just come get them and I needed them fast. However, they were ready in like 2 hours! I was able to come pick them up very conveniently. A really nice dude came out and help me load them in the car. Never even had to go in! It was fantastic!

I had a fantastic experience with customer service yesterday. I needed to look up an item my dad bought last year without a receipt. Laura was amazing and extracted all the information and went above and beyond. Good to see customer service is not dead.

I received excellent customer service by Deshawn at Lowe’s on Speedway.
His assistance in selecting and loading 8 bags of garden soil , each 3 cu. Ft, 84.9 liters. I couldn’t have possibly purchased or loaded such heavy weights.

Lowe's is my home improvement go-to store. I like the fact that they often hire retired folks, with many years of experience in the building and home improvement sector. They are always friendly and helpful. More than once someone has walked me halfway across the store to show me the location of an item when they could have just given me an aisle number. I also like the 10% discount for veterans and a dedicated parking spot near the front door.

Today I started my research project to find the most economical and reliable way to replace a troublesome toilet. As soon as I walked to the large displays of available toilets at Lowe's, two employees offered their assistance to answer my questions. They stock all of the big brands, so it is easy to compare. You can also access these brands on their website and read the reviews. Once you select your toilet you can also purchase an installation service for a flat fee ($235 in Tucson) which includes haul away for the old device. This allows you to get the best toilet at the best price by purchasing it yourself and getting a professional installation at a very reasonable flat rate.

Bought a very expensive can of paint and the color was not as I expected…called and spoke with Jeannie who encouraged me to bring the paint back. She personally helped me and made it right. She was kind, patient and very professional. In a time when customer service seems lacking, she was a breath of fresh air!

Recently we decided to put an over-the-range microwave up. We live in an older house so we had some measurement constraints.

At first the only unit I could find that seemed like it would fit was on Amazon. They sent the wrong model two different times. What a pain!

So then I realized we'd have to just get a slightly larger unit and hope it would work. I found one at a competitor at a great price but it was out of stock.

Not only did Lowe's have it in stock but they price matched the competitor's price so we saved about $40. Great experience.

I also find that Lowe's usually has better decor items than their competitors. I had a big paint order recently and Lowe's had the best price on paint as well.

Great home improvement store. One of the employees actually walked me over to another department to find what I needed!

Great hardware store where you can find anything needed for your home improvement project, from kitchen and bathroom supplies and appliances, to tools, nuts, bolts, gardening material, pool supplies, bbq and outdoor furniture, anything for your house that your heart desires.

Top tier customer service this morning I didn't catch her name but terminal 16 at 9:43 a.m. on September 25th. The young lady represented the brand at the highest levels. Helped me with a situation with ease and a smile and full transparency

Today I needed help buying nails for a pneumatic nailer at the Speedway location in Tucson. Store associate Lukas was very helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to find the information as to which nails were right for my nailer. I truly appreciated his assistance and effort.

Big home improvement store. Primarily focused on home improvement items (stoves, lights/bulbs, plants, plywood, plumbing, patio furnatire, etc). Has a good sized hardware and eletrical section as well. The wood area always smells nice. Has some tools as well, including welding material.

The guy at the paint section was friendly and quick. Also, dogs are allowed here so sometime you get to see some four footed friends.

I had made an order with the competition and they failed miserably. I looked at Lowes site, ordered it and expected it to be ready in 3 hours and I was so pleased my order was ready 30 minutes later. I drove up picked it up and made my husband's birthday wish come true. I have Always had the BEST results with Lowes. When you Need great selection, great service and great pricing head to Lowes you will be pleased every time!

Easy return and we were able to get a few decorations for Christmas and a nice dog bed made by Lazy Boy!!
