Came in on Monday, looking for my shampoo and conditioner, left feeling good and uplifted. Jennifer had such a great attitude and energy that really turned a meh transaction to a very pleasant experience. Plus she pointed me to try out some new hair care based on her well of knowledge. Excellent!!

Went in wanting to pick a color for high lights which I have never done myself and Yolanda picked everything I needed out along with the color. She rocks! My hair looks and feels so good.

Today I went to this location and the norm is someone asks me if they can help and before that a quick hello. This time EXCELLENT customer service! Called my Rita Rd location AND put my product on hold. Ladies, you were fabulous!
