The male cashier was super friendly & Professional. He even "counted my change" out loud - back to me - old school style. Great job young man!

I stopped by this location on my home. I just knew I was going to go in and not find what I needed. I got in there and found stuff I didn't know I needed..... lol But The customer service was amazing. The young lady that checked me out name tagged said Jasmine. She was such a sweetie, she spoke to me, was smiling and even asked if I found everything okay. I don't who she is but someone please tell the manager of this location that they've found a great bubbly young lady!!!!!!!

Very respectful/helpful young man. NORMALLY, I HAVE TO SAY "EXCUSE ME" 3-4 times before they remember they work they're!! Then have an attitude...HE GREETED ME "PROPERLY" and even though he said he was new, he looked with me!! They'll say "ION KNOW" and walked away.
You need to hire MORE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARES!!

Love having access to this store in my neighborhood. The staff there do a great job, considering the circumstances. I do believe though if there was a strong leader there that it would make all the difference.

I walked in this morning needing a Farewell Card and some wrapping paper. When I was parking, Shay was helping a new hire set up the trash can out front to ensure he was safe and didn’t get hurt. She was demonstrating to him safe techniques to lift. Minutes later, I was greeted by Shay who was welcoming, helpful, and had an attitude that clearly demonstrated that she valued her job and was happy to be there! And she so naturally upsold me a KitKat to help the stores Halloween Candy Contest. At that point, I WANTED to help her! Honestly, she was a joy to interact with and she inspired me to return to work with an even more positive attitude! The way you conduct yourself effects people, and for that you should be proud! I hope to be more like you! Family Dollar is lucky to have you represent them! You should be running the show there! I’ll be back soon!

I'm in this store like everyday. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Short on shopping carts but otherwise I love going in there getting things that a need very convenient!!

Fully stocked,friendly, helpful employees, couldn't find paper to start packing after being flooded by Harvey,bought 5 6packs fo paper towels
