This store is ridiculous! I use to stop in here everyday on my way to work when it was stripes! The best customer service, the cleanest store! Now that it’s 7 eleven it’s horrible! The bathroom is disgusting! The stores filthy! The pumps are filthy and the entire parking lot is horrible!! Needs new management for sure

If i could give this place -5 stars id deff would. I stopped by, to use the bathrooms, and omg it was like the portal to hell. I left, didnt buy anything, nor touch anything at all. At least the guy in the counter was a nice person.

Bought 2 candy bars and was charged 29.79 on bank acct. stole money from me.

Today we went to buy some nachos at the store did not have cheese and it was only completed for a package, they did not have any type of advertisement which let us know that they did not have cheese, when we wanted to pay they wanted to charge us something that we didn’t take the manager was rude and arrogant said that she was not going to talk to us anymore , we asked to speak to a superior and she refused to give us information, phone number of her superiors, etc. He said to Google it etc, he didn't want to charge us if we didn't pay “everything” including what they didn't have which we refused since they DIDN'T HAVE CHEESE!!! I can't imagine that I have to pay for some nachos without cheese They wanted me to take just the Tortillas because she never wanted to give us another option to pay, I need someone from this store who cares about customer service to contact me to clarify this situation

I’d stayed away for a while due to past negative experiences. Stopped by today to purchase 2 fountain items (slush and drink) and misc. things. No lids, cashiers were not very helpful, no welcome and busy chatting. One male employee did attempt to help after he sensed my frustration, but was not able to provide lids. Needless to say, we did not purchase anything and left.

And another thing. The same man sits in front the store every time I have visited asking for money. (He is not homeless) It’s too hot to be getting frustrated by poor quality service coupled with begging outside. What type of operation is this?

Disgusting, I wonder how much money this place loses, workers rude and the taco kitchen playing weak rap music instead of making tacos

So the slurpee machine been down a whole month and they still haven’t ordered lids yet? I went last weekend and the slurpees weren’t event working.

Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. Just go down the street towards 45, there’s a better one there.

Worst customer service ever, since when the cashier yells at the customer because she is too busy playing with her cell phone and can't stop to check out a line of customers

Sign in window advertising iced coffee but all the coffee machines are broken or not working visited This Place several times cappuccino machine is always broken cashiers are preoccupied having personal conversations instead of taking care of the customers place is horrible
