Surprisingly affordable food! Great service as always at Starbucks and the food was just great honestly. I tend to dislike chains but Starbucks is just phenomenal in my opinion.

I'm a person who is very impatient. I drove up and saw the line and was like.. uuughhh... BUT to my surprise... it DID NOT TAKE LONG AT ALL...

The female employees were very very friendly. Definitely a positive experience/environment to start my day.

Starbucks is always great and this one is no exception. Coffee and hot chocolate tonight with a cake pop on the side. These guys do a great job!

Service was extremely fast, ordered on app and received drinks in less than 5 minutes.

Sometimes you just need a good coffee fix to start the day, and this location delivers just that ! I have had Lizette take care of me at the drive-thru window multiple times, and she is the sweetest! The staff handles the rush very well, and drinks always come out tasting so good !

Friendly and cordial staff. Great place to grab a coffee or to sit with your laptop and get things done at your peace.

As always it was good. The drive trough lady was having a tough day. I really appreciated her honesty. She was refreshing and genuine. It's tough to be at work on a sunny Saturday. Hope her shift went smoothly without a hitch.

I try to patronize independent coffee shops or make coffee at home, however, Starbucks is the best alternative when those options are not available. I ordered the largest iced coffee and a brownie (which are decadent and delicious). They were out of brownies. Understandable, since it was late afternoon. When I got to the window, was told they were out of iced coffee. But, they subbed another drink for the same price. No problem, these things happen. The staff was friendly and apologetic. I will get a brownie another day.

One of the few Starbucks who know how to make drinks correctly and take the time yo get it right… not just throwing drinks together or shortcutting and watering down drinks.

My 13yr old loves coming here so i bring her few times a month to get her whatever she loves! The warm brownies are delicious from her too & my younger kids love the cake pops!

I want to start this review by saying I've been a regular at several Starbucks locations throughout my life. I've almost never been treated anything less than well.

However, this location and its excellent staff stand well above the rest. These are the best and most welcoming experiences I've ever had in ANY retail setting.

I'm greeted almost daily with my first name, and that alone is a free double espresso shot to my soul.

I cannot praise the staff here enough. Thanks for everything y'all do.

Love this one! Always go here on my way to work. They always do a great job. One time my order was wrong but they gladly fixed it for me. I’m sure it’s common to mistake white mocha for mocha especially over a speaker.

I’m super bummed about sugar free cinnamon dolce no longer being a SF option so I’ve had to get a completely different drink…a new favorite as shown in the photo! Iced Americano with 5 shots die an extra “on the go” kick! Amazing staff. Quick and easy!

I've always had a nice experience here whether just sipping a cappuccino or having a light lunch. They also have yummy pastries.
The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.
The staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great for businesses meetings or interviews.

This is a great Starbucks location! The music is not too loud and the temperature is not erratic like most locations in Austin. It is very cozy and almost always has an empty place to sit and work. The baristas are extremely friendly. The store is clean and well kept. The restrooms could use a little more attention but they are not horrible. Overall an excellent place to spend some time getting work done.

The coffee is delicious, the service is ALWAYS friendly and well handled. The atmosphere in every Starbucks I've been in has been pleasant and I have been in Starbucks all over Texas and on car trips to both Brooklyn and Los Angeles. I have never beed disappointed. Sallie

17 minutes for the drive through. And it wasn’t that the BOGO happy hour was order ahead only, it was that it was “a little too much past the time for that”. (1 minute.) To be fair I should have asked when I ordered rather than when I got to the window. The pumpkin cream cold brew after a long day was worth all of this though. (Although 2 would have been better.) Lol :)
