The customer service at this location is definitely worth 5 stars! All of the people that work there are so friendly that I make it a point to stop in there everyday to at least say hello!

Clean restrooms and great service.

Have had issues with the employees and owner about my service dog. They have yelled at me and embarrassed me publicly regarding Shug my service dog. Not ONLY are they ignorant of the ADA law's, but they openly and unapologetically violate them. Am in the process of filing a complaint with the ADA and the official corporate website.

Maybe I'm a stickler for cleanliness. This location, even before it became a 7-Eleven, has always had a dirty parking lot, dirty pumps, overflowing trash, unkempt coffee and grill.

Bathroom out of order

I work at a near by restaurant and I get cash tips sometimes I ride my bike because of no transportation and because it’s cheaper if I get enough I like to place my Cash in my cash app so I can buy groceries or so I can catch a Uber sometimes it’s difficult and dangerous for a single person to walk in this area

Disgusting. I hope the owner reads this bc I’m in a hurry, but this place is so bad I need to comment. I am pregnant and was desperate to use the restroom...awful decision, it was horrible and there was no toilet paper or paper towels...3 employees there doing nothing. When I checked out I had about 4 items and mr. personality felt very annoyed that I let him know about the restroom and also can I please have a bag. I know it is hard to get off your cell phone come come on...

So I came from Minnesota on vacation ... My husband went inside and bought fruit. The fruit was rotten and smelled really bad . He went inside and told Daniel the store clerk about it and refused to give me back my money . So if I get sick I know who to Sue. After going back to get his name , he realized it was getting serious and his coworker eventually saw we were taking action and refunded our money . I have never experienced such thing before and this is ridiculous. I have video the fruit and his actions if any further actions I will take . He was really unprofessional and shouldn’t be taking to a customer the way he acted.

The worst 7 11. I've been going to 7 11 on a really consistent basis for years because of the pecan coffee they have. I love it. This store absolutely refuses to make it on Sundays or if they have already run out. They will literally say no which is insane because every single other 7 11 in the city has it and will make it if you ask. I just moved so now this is the closest one to my house so its so annoying.

The African American women who is working the morning shift on 10/17/2018 around 9 am should be fired for not only incompetence but also ignorance. I don't care what you think you know. DO YOUR JOB! IF IT'S THATS STRESSFUL DON'T WORK THERE...

This facility is an absolute disaster ! I asked for a bag, simple request ? Apparently not....i will be in touch with corporate later today !! I can't wait to return to Houston where manners and professionalism and
Etiquette are still important !

The manager of the gas station stared at me the entire time that I was in the building. Keeping in mind that I am a young white female. He continued to stare at me through the window while I was in my car backing up to leave.
