The assistant manager who greeted me and asked if I needed any help, was very helpful and seemed truly sorry they were out of the product I was looking for. He even checked for me if they had it at another store. If I remembered his name I would put it in this review. I know that the quality of most products at Harbor Freight, is not the highest quality. However the prices are very low, making Harbor Freight a great place to get tools and other products. I give the assistant manager at this store 5 stars!

I don’t go hear often but it is always a pleasant trip when I do. Harbor Freight in Kannapolis is the nicest, most organized, Harbor Freight I have visited. Employees are always helpful and in a great mood as well. I went in to get a car jack and one of the employees helped me locate a coupon resulting in a significant savings. If you are looking for tools in the Concord Kannapolis area don’t forget to check out Harbor Freight.

They have some of the best tools and assortment of tools in stock, then any other store.

I go to Harbor Freight in Kannapolis N C im an amputee n always get there within few mins. Of them closing so m8st time they not very happy to se me tgey ready go home but they bite the bullet n helo me get some if the thingsbi came for To clarify its not just Harbor Freight Im late for evetything even before amputation but that just magnified my being late. I dontbusually do reviews but just wanted to give the employees there a shout n patbon the back for the job they do n also for helping me do my shopping n checked out then they put things in my truck for me. Great Tool values some even have a lifetime warranty like Craftsman and Snap-On.
Their brand Icon is well worth the investment if you want tools that will last a lifetime

Most of the tools are perfect for the hobiest and that new ICON line is good enough for the pros!

Micheal was super helpful when I asked for assistance today. I needed a few more items than what was available on the floor and I’ve never seen someone come out of the back of a store so quickly with a box full of additional inventory.

Had an issue with an online order where my product was defective, and I decided to make the return to my local Harbor Freight store. Staff here were very friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to help out with the return. Many thanks, would definitely recommend to anyone! In-store selection of products is also fantastic, and I plan to return next time I need hardware or tools

Always the best for cheap tools and industrial needs. Plastic gloves for one use messy jobs cheap use once and throw away. Moving pads for $8 cheaper than renting from u-haul.

Wish it was closer to Huntersville.

I went in for low cost tools. That’s is what we got. You obviously know it’s not the highest quality but for our purposes these are good prices for tools I will only occasionally use. These prices are at fraction of the cost of home depot or other major retailers prices. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great stuff at fair prices.. even got my sons mx stand here.
