We really enjoy the staff at our local Lowe's. We've been going to the Kannapolis store since 2016 and have always been treated with professionalism.
Today really stands out.
Barney in lawn and garden helped us make a decision about what umbrella would work best for our patio and we went with the offset Allen + Roth. It's beautiful and Barney even helped put the oversized box on the trolley.

He's amazing, thorough and quick but I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Truly a knowledgeable asset to the Lowe's team in Kannapolis.

Wow! A Lowes with great customer service!
We were checking on end of season Weber grills. Bill from receiving stopped by to ask if we needed help and proceeded to give us great service! He even walked the grill to the front for us! So nice, and helpful!
When we got to the front to check out and get loaded up, the cashier at the self-serve registers was also so helpful. She called for assistance to load and came to check on us until our help showed up- and he was off duty! All-in-all, this was the absolute BEST experience I've had @ any Lowes in years! BRAVO!

This store actually has help, not used to this from our Salisbury store. 3 men to load a LG tool box. 2 people greeted me in this store and asked if I needed help. Keep up the great customer service

This particular store could use some work on the organization and store layout which, to their credit, they do seem to be working on improving. The 5-stars go out to the customer service, particularly Paula at the Pro Desk. I’ve had more than one pleasant experience at this store from a customer service standpoint and that’s worth noting because that has turned into the exception. This is not the closest store to my home, but I will usually opt to drive the extra distance for this reason.

I needed to place an order to have some sheetrock delivered and Paula was as cordial as she could be from the time I approached the desk. Too often it seems like you get the employee or the manager who seems to be multitasking and they’re just going through the motions, you’re not sure whether or not they’re even listening to you, but Paula was completely engaged and it seemed as if she genuinely wanted to help me. Employees like Paula have become few and far between and I thought she deserved some recognition. Thanks again Paula for the excellent customer service!

I really like this Lowes, the store is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful, but they have gone to almost all self checkout. There is still a cashier in the garden center and in the lumber section. I always go out through one of those. I am retired and comfortable, I do not want to be a part-time cashier.

Lowes I'm grateful 4 our veterans to but don't forget every handicap person is not a veteran a o don't forget us we need to park to. Most my time visiting Lowes is spent waiting on handicap spot come open while no one parked in the veterans spots

Good Staff. Very helpful. Good plant and seed selection in the garden center.

The staff here are amazing. Great customer service. Much better experience than the nearby Lowes on US29

The staff (Michael) was professional and very informative about the washing machine that I purchased.

Good experience as expected. I swear Lowe's hires the right people. I was in to get things for a customer. The guy at the pro desk dropped what he was doing helped get me checked out and took the customers info quickly so I could use the bathroom. Got back just as he was ready for me and I got right outta there...WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED.
Oh and I found this kitchen faucet for my customer who just found out hers was defective. Can you say WINNING!

Finally a store with all the saws and chains we needed.... yayyyy everyone keeps using "New Covid, out of stock, unable to get our hands on this & that as an excuse" yayyyy someone with exactly what we needed!!!! Awesome

Truly a great store. It's not my favorite, but it is a very good hardware/home improvement store. I haven't had many issues finding anything in the store, and when I have, the employees were more than willing to help me find exactly what I need.

Superior customer service. Whether you need help or not, every employee said hello, or can I help. Ever shop for can lights? It's not just one box!

Very friendly and helpful. I do not know if I have ever been asked so many times if I needed help finding things. It was very helpful is getting in and out.

Everyone is very helpful. Always s good experience shopping at lowes.

Picked up some plywood and 2/4 for a small project, they helped me load it on cart, and then into my truck. I've tried the other places, Lowe's always have what I need. Good job

We stopped in last night to get some stuff for our new home and everyone we spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. As we browsed the entire store, we came across the rugs and one of the employees, Em, came over to assist us and gave us great suggestions for our home office. Thank you to the wonderful employees for their exceptional customer service. This will be our go-to Lowe's from now on.
