I popped in there yesterday before going into Trader Joes. So glad I did! I picked up a quick, easy, delicious dinner for my family and the chicken salad for lunch - everything was outstanding and prices are extremely reasonable. Friendly people too. Check it out!

What a little best kept secret in Charlotte!!! Being a mom with a crazy schedule you cannot always put in the time to make an entire dinner everyday. I bought chicken Parmesan (just the chicken) Came home whipped up some pasta, added sauce & cheese and put in oven for about 10 minutes. BOOM dinner is ready!!!!! The prices I feel are completely reasonable for the quality of the food. Karen the owner is Awesome. I am going back!!

We ordered Christmas dinner from DeSarno’s for our family this past year. We wanted to enjoy our time together, rather than spend time in the kitchen cooking.

We ordered the garlic rosemary beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, garlic bacon brussel sprouts, smoked Mac and cheese bites, and an apple pie. Everything was delicious and really easy to warm. I highly recommend the garlic rosemary beef with the horseradish sauce and the apple pie (paired with ice cream) was a total treat! Thank you guys for a delicious and easy Christmas dinner!

By far one of the best kept secrets in South Charlotte! Every time I come in (which is a lot) I get a warm greeting and called by my name. The menu has lots of great options and I really love the portion sizes.....you can get a meal for 1 or a meal for 10. Chicken Rustica is a family favorite and I highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and check DeSarno's out......you won't be disappointed!! :)

I fell in love with this place the first time I went in! From the sauces, to the breads, to the wonderful pasta dishes, and surprises with chicken pot pie, shrimp dip, cheesy potatoes. OMG, I could go on and on and on. I go every week to get something. I love that their meals come in single servings - large servings. There is something for everyone. The owners are wonderful people that get to know you and what you like. Do yourself a favor and get there now!

Just tried the Beef & Bean Burrito Bake and it was delicious. Not sure how they deliver so much scrumptious food at this price point. No way I could buy it and make at home from scratch. Nor could I prepare it so well.

Hands down the BEST place to grab a homecooked meal that the entire family will devour. Everything is amazing and reasonably priced. Their meatballs are a family favorite as is chicken parm, Tuscan lasagna, mozzarella salad, rosemary chicken salad...I could go on and on. Love DeSarno's!

Desarno’s has amazing homemade food that you can keep ready to bake for your random Tuesday night dinner or pick up for a dinner party you’re hosting! They have a variety of food from Italian staples like lasagna to enchiladas. Their cucumber and tomato salad is a staple in our household! Love the owners & think it’s great that it is a woman owned & operated store!

Awesome food and awesome people. If you don't feel like cooking or doing your own meal prep, you need to check this place out. They've got some great Italian dishes and desserts among other favorite comfort food. I recommend the arancini and chicken parm and don't leave without a couple cannoli!

The best Italian food! It's all homemade, fresh and convenient for any family on the go. If you don't have time to fix dinner or pull together food for an event then this is the place to call. The cheeses and wines are fantastic. They will also cater for any event you have. Check it out!

So if you have not been by DeSarno's in Piper Glen next to Trader Joe’s, seriously, you all are missing out. They make pre-made meals that are either refrigerated or frozen for later use. Their motto? “Our kitchen, our mess - to your table, no stress!” I am telling you I have absolutely loved everything I’ve ever purchased here, from the baked ziti to the Chicken Parmesan, the tomato and cucumber salad and garlic green beans to the desserts (OMG the cannolis are to die for), and the sauces (hello, Bolognese) to the chicken pot pies, and all the gorgeous things I haven’t tried yet (Arancinis and stuffed peppers -you’re next!), you won’t go wrong with any of the wide variety of choices they offer. I don’t give shout outs often, but I love this place! Thank you ladies for having an amazing business and for having a delicious flare in the kitchen!

There's no other place like DeSarno's. It's all made by hand, and you can taste the authenticity. The deli-counter creations, the take-and-bake meals, the bread... so much. Be warned: you'll go in for one thing and leave with six! This is the real deal, and I can't recommend it enough.

I've been shopping here since they opened. Always keep some favorites in the freezer & check the weekly meal deals for something to change up the routine dinner.

Wonderful food and service. We got a meal catered here when we were having guest over and it was a huge hit all around!

First time here. The roasted vegetable roll up lasagna was out of this world !!!!
