Pharmacy and in store experience has always been good. quick moving lines, attentive and nice employees, fair prices. They did an amazing job at helping me get the information i needed for my prescription and sent it over to another pharmacy immediately since they didnt have my medication in stock. it was my first and only time taking that medication.

Tiffany was excellent! She was helpful when getting products from behind the locked cabinet and she was friendly!

I have had nothing but good things to say about CVS on South 704 Memorial Drive in Greenville, NC.

It took 40 minutes in the drive thru to pickup my prescription.

Unpleasant, messy, overpriced store. Mediocre pharmacy with long waiting times. Before anybody accuses me being a shill for that nearby WG - that WG is even worse (and much more dangerous in the nights).

used to have good experience with this store but a time or two just absolutely rotten customer service. rude nasty mean uncaring. switched my sons seizure med here ONE time yesterday and all screwed up leaving my son with no medication. there is no reason for such nasty response from the staff. Alec couldnt care less and hung up on me. its not the first time Ive encountered this sort of thing there. take your rx to the other cvs.

This is not for this location in particular it's for all CVS locations that I've been to the past several, I have been lied to mislead, at multiple locations over the past 2 years I'd say. CVS has a corporation has permanently lost my I will go without medication before I go into another CVS!

Why send a text saying prescription is ready for pickup when CVS hasn't even ordered the item yet?

The absolute WORST pharmacy. I waited in line at the drive through for 45 min with only two cars ahead of me. The car that is in front of me is finally at the window and yells at me to tell me that the cashier said “she is the last one she is taking” so I of course run inside since I am on my lunch break to try to get my prescriptions & there are two people in line & the pharmacy decided to close the “gate/window” & not help those people either. That is beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life. What has happened in this world.

blonde woman who i assume is the manager at the pharmacy was very rude to her employees. very rudely chastised them in front of customers, very unprofessional, i hate to think what it’s like working there

No way in the world I’ll switch to them versus Walgreens. Dude name Quincy slow asl giving out wrong info over the pharmacy line. Walgreens me back now please, tried y’all one time an already failed. Ugh you deserve your 1.9 stars!!

Slowest drive-thru I have ever seen and they never have your prescription ready when they tell you it is going to be ready. I would give them 0 stars if Google allowed me to do it

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. They nrver answer the phone and you always have to wait a long time. I had a prescription called in on Wednesday and Thursday went Friday to pick it up to only be told I had to wait roughly 30 more minutes

They told me a hour wait I go there a hour and forty five minutes later. Then get told still not ready then then end up miss counting my prescription on top of that the young lady was quite rude too me

You will get pregnant and give birth while waiting for the Pharmacy to pick up your call. I see why they are rated so poorly.

Waited in the drive thru with two cars in front of me for 50 minutes service was absolutely horrible!!! Do not recommend
