Very great service

They don't open on time.

They charge to pay your bill in the store, in the second month had service issues where the data service wouldn't come on and this was 2 days after paying the bill.

This store open and close when they want .door says 9-7 web says 12-8 been there 3× in two days always closed .

Scammers! Employees make up their own deals and the other employees won't honor them when there is an error on their end! Accessories aren't priced. One minute something is $10 then the next minute (or customer) it's $20. They charge an additional $3 for payments made in store. I can't call long-distance but should be able to and there wasn't an SD card included with my phone. I didn't switch from another carrier so I didn't get a deal (which employee A tried to do but it didn't work and employee B wouldn't honor it) or a free phone (which is fine, but that is what they are catering to-it's bait and switch and then you will be unhappy). Now to find a different no-contract carrier...

Very upset about my experience my # was supposed ported to my new phone but instead my # changed and cant get incoming calls...

Terrible..you get what you pay for!!
