The guy that assisted me (on his day off) with my daughter’s day balloons was SUPER helpful, patient and friendly. The store always has what I’m looking for and it is easy to find. Great store!

Aaliyah (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was AMAZING!!! I needed some balloons for the bride same day and she was very helpful and diligent in providing great customer service. She gave suggestions and provided a great service. Every time I'm in Charlotte and need decorations I'm coming if she's there! Thank you so much Aaliyah

Valentines Day supplies were off the hook, fully supplied,,ready on the shelves!!
The kids had to be stocked up,, the party needed red construction paper, red candy, table cloths, and red and white streamers..
They had plenty of help working that day also. FULLY STAFFED

Ms. Mary and Aaliyah were amazing!!! They were so kind and friendly! They were able to accommodate me without an appointment because I only needed one balloon. In addition, Ms. Mary stopped what she was doing to help me look for an item that I couldn’t find. They definitely go above and beyond. I’m a stickler for customers service and they were Outstanding!! Please ask for them when you are there, they will help you with anything!

Looking for a Halloween store and most of them were closed permanently or not open yet so we ended up at Party City which never fails to have anything you need party related

I want to personally thank Moses, Mary, and Aaliyah. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING!!! There was a big miscommunication with the delivery of my balloons and Aaliyah IMMEDIATELY addressed and resolved the situation with grace and calmness. Moses and Mary immediately jumped in to find and redo my order and they even upgraded my balloons. It was their ability to resolve the issue in a SUPURB and caring way that makes me continue to shop at PartyCity for my party needs. Thank you team again. You made my daughter's 4th birthday a perfect event.

I had to pick up some last minute balloons for my sons 6th Birthday I checked online and it said they closed at 6pm I called ahead around 5:30 to make sure i could still be helped and I was . Parker and Moses were amazing they did a wonderful arrangement with such short notice and their customer service was great with the store being so busy close to closing. This will be my go to Party City .

Went for my mother in law but couldn't find what we needed. She ended up finding it on Amazon but I'm glad I went. I went all the time as a kid, brought back alot of good memories 🥲❤

Football 🏈 to wedding, to birthday 🎂, to Halloween 🦇, to 4th of July 💥💫,a child's born, ♀♂, the anything 🎉 partying related 1 stop 🛑 shopping for buggy down time excellent hit the ABC store afterwards and then call the phone tree. The store had tons of variety for party supplies. It’s also well organized and well maintained. During Halloween the store organized the costume area with lines in a way that still allowed other buyers to transit around. Employees are polite and welcoming. I always come back to this store when we have a special event coming up.

I love party city. I just celebrated my sons 7th birthday. I was looking for a chocolate fondue machine and I couldn’t find it anywhere in time. But this party city had one I was so happy. They have a big variety of birthday themes. If your having a indoor event they have a couple of games you can choose from. That’s what I ended up doing because it was suppose to rain a little later on that day. A great place to party.

Moses and Christian were incredibly amazing! Very helpful! They have made my experience with my gender revel simple, and exciting! They have went out of their way to make sure the surprise is kept, and made it very easy. Both were very sweet! I definitely recommend this store! Thank you both for making this a very special event! It meant a great deal to me!

Well stocked, quick, and pleasant Manager who checked us out. I will return. Getting out of the plaza on a Saturday is the only issue. Very heavy traffic.

Great selection of Halloween costumes! Social distancing and masks on employees! Was able to get my daughter's costume, scar tattoos for myself and hubby, and my daughter's pitch fork for understanding $20!!!

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this location. The staff is always helpful, store is clean, and they typically have what you need in stock and if not they help you find a store that does.

This place is dangerous for anyone that likes to throw parties, or be creative! Anything and everything you need! We own an art and photography studio in York and needs props and costumes often. Wish we had one in Rock Hill!
