Outstanding Sherwin Williams store in Lowell, AR. The staff were outstandingly friendly, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. The manager, Evan, showed great leadership with his customer service skills and his staff is following his footsteps. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Many companies fall short on this metric.

I came in today to buy paint to redo my daughter's bedroom. It was my first visit to Sherwin-Williams on the recommendation of a contractor friend and I was extremely pleased with the service.

Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, discussing my project and helping select exactly what and how much I needed. He also went above and beyond by applying some discounts, which I greatly appreciated.

You can get cheaper paint elsewhere, but remember that you get what you pay for. Here, you'll not only get high-quality paint, but knowledge and service to go with it. I'll definitely be back to see Kevin at Sherwin-Williams for future paint needs.

Excellent customer service! This was my first time in and I am doing a brightening up of my house so I picked some bright yellow, green and orange. The associate helped explain the paints and how they work and what I needed to get the project done,

Sherwin-Williams paint and stain products are of excellent quality; superior to all other paint brands I have used. Their prices are competitive. The Paint-Perks program is extremely useful in helping you to keep track of the products you have used as well as in informing you of specials. The customer service is absolutely outstanding!

Great place to get paint and supplies. The guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable. With all the supply issues they are usually able to recommend comparable products they have on hand.

Super friendly staff and high quality products. When I went it was around 8am and they had a line of about 5 people. The staff was doing as much as they could and apologized to each customer for the wait. Their kindness and service made me not mind the wait at all!

Locally owned and operated, each store can cater to any of your painting needs. I use a business account and like the fact they can save job names for custom mixes,making it much easier to get more when needed.

Their sales are amazing - paint is great - they know what they're doing. Probably a better option for anyone who hasn't done a lot of DIY projects so they can help guide you.
