Townzen is excellent. Customer service is attentive and quick. Product selection and prices are on point. Every time I bring clients in we have products picked out quickly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This is hands down the best place to go for your flooring needs. All the sales reps and the owner are very knowledgeable about all the products. As a contractor, it's very convenient that they keep all the supplies in stock for building showers or anything like that. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I don't shop anywhere else because time and time again, they have proven to be honest and timely, and their prices are the best, too.

David helped me pick out my tile for bathroom walls floor around soaker tub and shower floor , Nick the manager is also amazing . They both blessed me through the process that had me overwhelmed. The most genuinely nice people I have ever done business with. I just happened to stumble upon them when trying to find a special grout in stock and I couldn't have been happier that I did. Went in two different time and interacted with a few different people. They all treat you like you're the most important person there. Absolutely great experience.

I was installing tile I purchased from another location and didn't realize I miscut a piece until after it was installed. I found Townzen tile on a search trying to find a perfect piece to remedy. They were so helpful, had the perfect piece in stock and had a great selection there as well. I'm about to do another project and will be there for that one.
