Great work primo did on my upgrade I had a lot of questions and concerns he was able to answer all of them. Customer service was excellent he was by him self and was able to help multiple people as once I will be coming back for all my needs.

We were helped with a new updated phone for our prepaid service plan. Great customer service and welcoming atmosphere! Shout out to Primo and Deasha! Great team and walked out the store with new phone, phone case and screen protector! Fantastic customer service and assurance of reliability with AT&T! Thanks again! We will definitely be returning if we need anything!

The staff was very helpful and supportive. They made sure I was given everything I needed and provide quality customer service. The manager was super friendly and helpful as well as Primo who guided me every step of the way of getting all my information backed up and transferred to a new phone. I highly recommend this location to any AT&T customer, they are sure to be very helpful and knowledgeable about any issues or concerns you may have with your account or mobile devices. Just went to get an Apple Watch for my boyfriend and I and the customer service was just amazing! Primo was so nice and helpful. The whole crew helped out a lot but he was very nice and informative.

Primo went above and beyond its been 6 years since I upgraded. I've gone to store but never gave me a proper quote on phone bill. But primo give me a quote on how much will my phone bill will be so I went on and upgraded I really recommend this location especially primo service is amazing thank you att for great customer service.

I worked with the associate Hector and I want to commend him for his excellent customer service and patience. I have never had someone be so helpful and understanding as I am elderly and don't understand a lot of the new technology today. My suggestion to you all would to make that young man a manager because he would be your biggest asset to that store. Shout out to Hector. If I could rate him higher than a 5 star he would absolutely deserve it. P
