I was in the store today and received wonderful customer service from Nico. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. This store is the best Verizon store around. We drive by two other Verizon's to come here because we always receive great help.

Had a great experience with Grady helping me upgrade one of my phones. He was very professional, helpful and did a really nice job answering all my questions. Will for sure be back for another phone upgrade.

Amanda helped me with a new phone. She is awesome. She really knows her stuff. Offered great suggestions. Never had a phone upgrade go so well. Thank you Amanda! You're the best!
