Bob and his crew are the best!! Not only do they have a wonderful selection of boots, jeans and belts…. But the HATS!! WOW!! The hat selection is amazing! Bob and his staff are also the nicest people, very community focused, always willing to lend a hand! He helped me out with a generous donation on a Western shirt, for a Care Center Birthday Gift! Great, friendly staff. Plenty of selection and theres no brick & mortar tax (prices are good). I purchased a pair of Ariat boots for a Christmas gift. The girls even wrapped it for free! I’ll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a good pair of Ariat boots this is the place to go. They have a huge selection and the price point is at or lower than all of the retailers I've checked out in Phoenix.

Bob's Western Wear, I always have a great time while shopping there. My gosh, the clothing and the big ol' cowboy hats are awesome. Boots galore!
I have to say that Bob's has almost everything that Y'all can wish for, when you want country decor, clothes, silver.... Yup, silver!
Silver earrings, belt buckles, and sometimes Y'all can get some silver purdy stuff on yer spurs with jingle bob's too!
The staff are sumthin' else when it comes to being helpful. Friendly as can be and if Y'all need to ask about sumthin', they know just about everything and anything in the store.
If Bob's don't have what y'all are wanting, heck, they'll order it for you, but if they can't get it, sometimes they will tell you where you might find it.

Loved the experience here. Bought a pair of Ariat boots and Zuni Indian made earrings. Bob was fitting hats. Wonderful accessories for them as well to dress them up. They also have great quality western wear. Will go back again to support this local gem.

Super friendly helped young cowboys helped us out! Bought some awesome items.

Very quaint and cute store. Pretty good selection of everything. The neatest part is if you buy a belt you can get it engraved for free with whatever you want it to say. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Nice little store for western wear. Vie was most helpful. If they don't have it in the store, then they can most likely order it for you. Free hat cleaning and shaping. Hours are M-Sat 10AM to 6PM. Got lots of great items

It is a great store. Lots of great clothing apparel. Randy was a great steward and showed me many options to choose from. Although I didn't buy anything today,I will be back to look at the new items. No pressure was nice.

Nice store. Vie was a great help. Special ordered a pair of Ariat boots for me. They fit just fine. If you dont see what you are looking for, chances are good they can order it for you. Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

I love shopping at Bob's. If he doesn't have what you need he or his friendly staff bring out the catalog and get it done! Great service and nice selection of boots, hats and clothing.

Well I am remiss. Vie please forgive me for not reviewing Bob's sooner. I have been shopping at Bob's with Vie
since I discovered Bob's in the summer of 2018 right after I moved to Payson. That's where I met Kevin who is on the Payson Pro Rodeo Committee and now so am I, yeah. Vie has helped me put together many outfits, she knows her stuff when it comes to matching garments. She is also the (Manager) and will not hesitate to save you money if what you want may be on the clearance rack. She is so conscious of her customers she even asked a cowboy to show her, how he tied a hanger chief around his neck so she could show me. WOW that's customer service. Thanks, Vie

Well another awesome day at
Bob's Western Wear had a feeling to stop today and Vie had just lowered the price on an assortment of BOOTS.
Obviously I got a pair. They were ostrich boots greatly reduced over 50%. So word to the wise go to Bob's,
now and check them out. Only certain sizes and types available.
I truely hope you are as fortunate,
as I was, to get your fit.
