People were very friendly and loved seeing my dog shopping with me. Lots of dogs shop here on weekends👍

What a great Walmart....I always enjoy going there as the employee's and management are really friendly and helpful...Talked with the Store Mgr and was very impressed with His attitude and the overall store appearance. He has a plan and the Store looks Fabulous.Its a REALLY busy Store and they recovered nicely on Monday...

Noon on a Friday I couldn't believe how crazy busy it was! I guess that's not walmarts fault. There's not a lot of shopping options in Payson. Gave it 5 stars because we found what we needed and the cashier was very nice. Unlike other Walmarts I've been to.

Its another day of my travels and another wonderful visit to walmart in Payson. Thanks, Walmart in Payson Arizona for a wonderful, clean, efficient and friendly store. Its what I have come to expect from Walmart which is why I was so shocked at the horrible experience yesterday at the Huntington Avenue Walmart in Flagstaff Arizona. Those people are just horrible. The employees are mean and nasty and so are the team leaders who trained them. They wouldn't even let me speak to the manager when I told them their behavior was completely unacceptable. Don't ever go to the Huntington Walmart in Flagstaff Arizona. Don't waste your money there. Come to this nice Walmart in Payson instead!

What can you say about Walmart.
They have what you need when you need it. I used self Ck.OUT very fast.
Did not interact with any employees. Although when I have they were very helpful.

Stopped by Walmart acouple of days ago to get a few things. Couldn't find the Utz barrel of pretzels so asked an employee and he took me right to them. As I said Walmart employees VERY Helpful...

Have used pickup at this location for some time. Service has been remarkably good. Have had three problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction with a single e-mail. Had more problems than that when I did my own shopping.

Clean store, friendly staff. Lots of different chip options available.

I went through regular checkout for the first time in a long time as I had $300 worth of camping supplies to get. The checkout lady was really nice and thorough. The store has standard inventory, basically a little bit of everything you could need.

It's a great way to find products that are no longer manufactured in the States The upshot is that the price is low too,,, so just purchase two of whatever you need and don't ask questions or demand better quality.
The staff operating this branch seem genuinely interested in making the best of the situation and working with customers and showing compassion.

I have never experienced anything less than great customer service at this location. I have stood in some lines that built up due to limited registers. Again I've never received a bad attitude from staff.

We've shopped in rain, snow, day/night, pre and post Covid. An UNevaluated highlight of this Walmart is the gently slopping , water-draining parking lot. One need not step out of the car into a puddle. ALSO, well-maintained shopping carts that roll with minimal resistance downslope...good wheel alignment and minimal drag. Thank you.

Wish these jammies came in adult sizes...

Isles were cleared of stockers! That is so nice to have the isles open just for shoppers. Had real live cashiers too! Friendly and happy too! Good Job Wal-Mart

Great store. This store is huge and has almost everything you could need at the store. Very nice people work there and the prices are very good. Great store to shop at.
