I go to this gas station every single day, sometimes twice a day. The staff/customer service is amazing! I’m just lucky to live close by so that I don’t have to drive out of my way to go here.... but it would still be worth it if I had too.

Was a pump available.. that's all I needed.

I know this isn't the fault of this specific store, but nobody is going to look up reviews for the corporate office (not sure if there are even Google reviews for that). This applies to ALL Shell gas stations because the issue is at a higher level. I didn't find anything particularly wrong with this specific station.

I switched to Shell because of a couple reasons, one being that I was tired of the buggy Kum & Go app. Well, I ordered a Shell card and can't even use it to pay for gas at the station DEFEATING THE PURPOSE OF HAVING THE CARD AND LINKING MY BANK CARD TO MY ACCOUNT. I had questions/issues regarding Shell account/app and contacted Shell at the end of October 2020 and received no response. Contacted them early November as well and received no response. It's now about to be December. I'm not going to use Shell anymore.

I only gave it one star because it will not let me give any lower. My daughter ran out of gas and went in this station to get a gas can and gas. They charged her 25.00 for a 2 gallon gas can! That is is ridicules and they should be in trouble for price gouging.

This is one of the worst gas stations in Conway. They gouge the hell out of their prices, and the older blonde lady that works here is openly mean to customers because she hates her life. Do not recommend

Car wash didn’t work. Cashier said she couldn’t give me a refund and had to wait for the store to clear out before she could help me. Stood there for fifteen minutes and finally just left.

The blonde lady behind the counter was rude to me. I will never be back. Her attitude towards me was ridiculous.
