I had an amazing experience with A Mini You! This was my first time buying from them and I have nothing but good things to say. The customer service was great and the clothes were good quality. I will be back and will definitely recommend the store to my family and friends.

So, I decided to support a small local business by getting my son's clothes online from "A Mini You" in Conway, AR and I spent almost $200. First of all the package was packed nicely and that's the only thing i liked about the whole order. The clothes sizes are wrong because these are not size 12s they fit more like a size 7. I have several items with unacceptable defects and flaws. The owner offered me store credit but I don't want store credit when this is on her and plus i don't want to buy anything else from that store. What got me was when she compared this situation to Walmart and then told me i had to pay for shipping it back to her. She also saw before she shipped my items out that it had defects and she still sent them. That's why she told me that I couldn't get a refund because she used this as an opportunity (no refund policy on her website so she made up her own policy) to get over on people. I sell kids clothes as well and I always try my best to make sure that my items are up to part and if a customer lets me know about the defected item I replace it or I refund it because its my fault not the customer. She wants to run a business but don't want to except the risk behind it. She added a return policy after I asked for a refund and she deleted my reveiw on her website to stop me from telling the truth. Please do better people its already hard enough for small business owners. At least Walmart gives you a refund when they know they are at fault. I will never shop here again!
