Circle K

As someone who suffers from traumatic brain injuries caused as a child coupled with Dyslexia, I was a tad embarrassed, and struggling a tad with counting my change to buy a simple candy bar about 10 mins ago (9:30pm) and the lady behind the register - SUPER KIND AND PATIENT WITH ME AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER! I had to count my change over several times and she not once made me feel like an inconvenience or an annoyance. I should have got her name, but I'm certain that I will be returning back here just to make sure she knows how appreciated she deserves to feel for her simple act of kindness tonight.

I always have a good experience at circle k. I highly recommend downloading their app and playing the online game. You will instantly win snacks, drinks, and gas discounts everytime.

The employees were extremely polite and helpful, would come here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Honestly looking at the bad reviews their kind of irrelevant to the staffs proformance and the products of the establishment. All and all a better experience than most circle Ks or comvinience stores in general.

I like that it’s convenient to places and I can get the nicknack snacks and drinks for an affordable price. Their coffee is really good too… I look forward to getting it.

Easy in and out store. Have never had to wait too long and staff seems nice enough.

My go to store early in the am for donuts, cigs, when I used to smoke, and whatever else needing, they are like family!!

The staff here are hit and miss. Most often they are apathetic but occasionally downright rude. It is also super annoying that I can't pay at the pump with my debit card. However, their gas prices are usually the cheapest in the area.

It's a convenience store with gas pumps. Pumps work fine; didn't go in the store.

No public restrooms. Even kidding it's doorknob. Poor maintenance. Just focus more on quality and maintenance. Good luck to ya!

I love circle k but this one sucks. Broken polar pop machine. One side of the building’s door is closed and says use other door, and they have a conex in the middle of their parking lot.

Avoid getting gas here at all costs, it's not worth it, the gas at this station has so much additives that during a 7 mile drive to my gym ended up using 20 miles worth of gas!! Filled up at a different station the following day and I did the same drive and only wasted 6 miles worth of gas for the 7 mile drive. I spent over 120$ in 4 days constantly putting in this cheap, low quality, scam gas at this location. Scummy.

I have been going here a couple times and some workers are nice, but this South Asian Circle K employee named Sabah refused to help me initially with the air pump after the air pump took my money. She proudly exclaimed that the air pump outside the Circle K was not owned by the company. I went back to check and the air pump is indeed owned by Circle K. I later found out that this air pump is broken completely and no air comes out of the nozzle. I had to nicely ask her many times until finally I asked her to get the manager on the phone. After 10 MINUTES, She finally relented and gave back the money taken by the Circle K air pump machine.

Sabah NEEDS to be trained by Circle K management AGAIN with better customer skills and should help all Circle K customers because she is being paid to be a gas station attendant. I don't think she should avoid or shirk responsibility just because she is LAZY or PLAYING ON HER PHONE. VERY RUDE Sabah! She needs to learn better customer service. Also, this Circle K gas station should fix the air pump.

The associate was rude stated her cleaning was more important than helping the customer and that she was closing early to clean the bathroom. Then asked me to leave. Never come to a place that treats their customers poorly or without value

I've been going to this location for the last 3years since moving to this neighborhood. Lately there's an employee, Ranjan, that is rude, tries to talk over you and really does not know what he's doing. With the other employee, I've never asked for a receipt but with this one? You have to get a receipt just to check his work. Also, I know that recently this location has started letting people buy scratch tickets with a debit card. He refuses to do it. I don't know if he just doesn't want to be bothered by it or if he doesn't know how. I do know that when I pull up and see he's at the counter I go to the family dollar or 7-11 and so does my husband. I will write another review when I get the other employees name that is great at his job.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF RANJAN IS WORKING.
