The UPS Store

I do know that I have been to this store repeatedly, and it has always been clean, the personal service I receive each time is definitely 5 star.

The manager here literally saved my weekend. The Higdon Ferry location was so terrible, people were lined out the door. There was only one woman working, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not care that I’d waited 20 minutes after driving from out of town. Long story short, Airport Road’s manager had my business done in 2 minutes flat and apologized for my trouble. The service was top notch. The traffic problem on Higdon Ferry alone makes the extra 5 miles more than worth switching to Airport Road. I’ll take friendly, fast service any day!

I’ve never had any problems at this store or Amazons returns via this Store. Young, blonde guy even helped me with how to do Amazon returns fast and easy at UPS. He’s always been pleasant and friendly to me.

I travel Arkansas so I’ve been in many UPS Stores. Emily was the best employee I’ve run across in all of the stores. She was so delightful. These guys have always been very helpful. I love this store.

The people are some of the kindest and most helpful even under pressure.

I’ve used this UPS location many times and I’ve never experienced a bad interaction with them. The bulk of my business is Amazon returns. That’s a pretty simple process.

It would be helpful if they had free wifi for customers to use since cell phone reception in that area is terrible, especially inside the store. I’ve gotten in the habit of screenshoting my return code because I can never pull it up when I’m there. If they had wifi, I’d make it 5 stars.

Fast , courteous service. Very low cost as well.

Bad service. Employees just don't care. Prices are absurd. Had to show DL to ship a small package. Said "I came here thinking this would be easier than USPS", to which she replied "No, it's not." No redeeming comment-might as well have said I shouldn't come back. I would die of humiliation if my staff treated people how they do. I also got to hear all about the houses one of them aren't renting and the window ACs they aren't leaving in their old house, etc. Too bad they couldn't talk to their customers so friendly. I guess the good news is my package should ship.

store hours are wrong in the google maps preview. 8am-12am should show 8am-12pm on saturday. wasted a drive.
