Kroger

Lacullia is the best!! She always ask about my family and is very friendly! All the cashiers are pretty friendly and I have personally witnessed customers being rude about things beyond their control and they still try and make it right with the customer. This is by far the best Krogers in the area!! I must say Sarah,Roberto and Candice are all very helpful. I shop for an outside company and I do a lot of orders from this location because of the customer service is so great!!

Bought a BEAUTIFUL Philodendron plant for TWELVE BUCKS and Zayne (think he's the parking lot manager?) offered to help me put it in my car so it wouldn't get hurt.
Honestly all the employees at this store are amazing, but wanted to send a special shout out to Zayne!!

Fay was my cashier on 11/22 day before thanksgiving, the most amazing cashier I’ve had here, customer service was amazing. So much patience, very kind, it was packed in the store but still had a smile on her face.

Lacullia is one of my favorite cashiers at this location. Customer service at its best! She always greets me with a smile .

Got to do some grocery and utilize money service there! Nice and friendly environment and just love the store! :)

I want to compliment one of your employee her name is Debra. She was at the self check out this morning and I left the money without knowing so Deborah was very nice to chase me to the parking lot to let me know that I left the money, and she hurried me to go back to the store so she could give it to me, that was very nice. I really really appreciated her for being so honest thank you very much Deborah. 👍🏼

I'm a Kroger Shopper! Great deals with the digital coupons and they are easy to download! I love all of their Kroger brands! Some things, I like the Kroger brand better and most everything is just as good as the other brands that are more expensive. The customer service at Kroger is always spectacular! If you need help with something there is someone not too far away. What a bummer that there is not a 24 hour Kroger anymore! Maybe that's why their produce seems to be much better! Walmart is not cheaper than Kroger... if you think so you may want to reconsider. Not to mention Kroger's Meat, Bakery, Deli and Produce is much better! At Kroger, they try to greet each and every customer that walks in and when it's busy, there is someone at each and every register... including someone to bag your groceries!!

Quick in n out great prices too. Why go to convince store while you can go to Krogers.

I have been shopping this store ever since it opened and have come to meet some really very nice associates over time and some that seemed not so friendly. I made note of two names on their tags today for a reason. One cashier name Vanessa stood out to me and truly made my day today. I want give Vanessa a shout-out for that friendly pick-me-up I needed to have a better day. Another kudos to a girl named Amanda. I believe she was one of the girls that was shopping to fill puck-up orders, but she was very nice, and very helpful in helping me locate products. I also want to thank Amanda for the product recommendation on the grilling foil - it was perfect.

Greetings. A couple days ago, I strolled into the Kroger department of Pharmacy to pick up an anti-biotic. The second I walked into the establishment, my life changed forever. There, I encountered a humble and extremely helpful individual by the name of Ali. To my surprise, he was one of the few people on this Earth to have the same first name as I do. He pulls up to the window and asks me “how can I help you?” I never felt so appreciated and willing to get helped by someone more in my life. I was like “why, yes, I came to pick up...” (I forgot what the exact thing was named). Anyhow, he slowly flipped his beautiful hair and went to get my antibiotics. He came back and gave it to me as well as saying, “have a nice day and stay safe”. What an amazing and humble individual. The way he cares for someone during the COVID-19 Pandemic by simply saying these words speaks wonders to the outgoing personality of Ali. I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors. God bless Kroger and the pharmacy and staff for having such a amazing employee at the helm. This Kroger is the best Kroger in the history of Kroger’s. Thank you.

I have always had a wonderful experience with this Pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable. They listen to concerns and unusual requests, and the pharmacist is very friendly and informative.

I used to go to the Walmart pharmacy across the street. Then, a major problem with vital medications arose in the form of awful "he said, she said": my psychiatrist's office repeatedly claimed to have faced necessary paperwork, while Walmart claimed to have never received it. I felt dismissed and unimportant at all times. After a week of frantic back-and-forth, I went across the street.

The pharmacist at Kroger made a phone call, and I received my overdue medications in under an hour. I've been a loyal client ever since, and have never had a bad experience.

Also very quick to fill orders, often eight hours or more before estimated pickup time.

Store is otherwise clean and pleasant. But the wonderful pharmacy keeps me here.

I stopped for gas at the Kroger gas pumps and left my credit card in the pump. Did not realize I had to left it till a day and a half later! Went to customer service and could not believe they had my card behind the counter! I was happily surprised to know that there are still honest people in the world. Faith in humanity restored! A very special thank you to the unknown customer and Kroger's gas cashier for going out of their way!

Nice store in a fairly decent shopping center. Store was clean and well merchandised. There was a really helpful associate in the Meat Dept that went out of his way to take care of me as a customer. And I am always impressed by that.

Had everything I needed. Convenient location and way back to house after dropping off kids for gymnastics practice

Nice area when you walk in with flowers and sweet smells. The sailed are very wide and the floors clean. There is a great meat selection in this store.

I placed an order online for sandwiches to feed 50 people. The order was ready at the time I requested it be ready. The price was the price I had agreed to pay and, the sandwiches were excellent! I will order from here again.

Went in looking for something specific and found it. Nice to see they are also giving sample food bites like Costco. This is a great addition to the customer experience and for kids to try new foods.

My family always go here for the low prices and great quality! I would recommend coming here because it is always clean, and if you find a mess, you can always ask and open worker! One suggestion though, PLEASE fix the self register machines
