Dillard's

We had to stop in for a shirt for an upcoming wedding. The guy who helped us was wonderful. He took time and figured out the perfect size needed and ordered it for us with no issues. Great customer service.

I went to get sized for a bra and the young lady was so experienced. She had me try on several bras before it was right. I was actually in a size I wouldn't have NEVER thought of. It fitted real good and made my shirt fit different. It's nice to know there's people who are passionate about what they do.

I bought a new Brahmin purse and matching wallet. The Sales Assoc. was so attentive.

I'm beyond sick. I sent to dilliards thinking they would be preparing for the new years day sale. Yeah right! I got my heart broken 💔 😕 by a shoe 👞 salesman. How could you do this to me?! The agony

I was fitted for a bra this past Sunday by Ms. Barbara Griffith. She was extremely knowledgeable and knows the product lines very well. I described that I wanted to appear lifted and firm, and she knew exactly what I meant. I bought 3 Wacoal Retro bras, coordinated some clearance panties, and she took my information to let me know when the color bra I really wanted was back in stock in my size. She just called, and I will be picking up my beautiful coffee colored bra this evening. Thank you Ms. Barbara! 💞

This is probably my mother's favorite department store. But, I always get something in the men's department

On June 6, 2023, my husband and I made a last minute trip to Dillard of PinevilleNC. We entered the store through the ladies shoe department heading to Men’s dept. we were nicely greeted by a rep in shoe dept. when we got to men’s section we were assisted by a knowledgeable helpful rep who showed us to the men’s white dress shirts. He did not linger but waited until we knew we needed help. He was great; assistance was the best anyone could want. I don’t know who is over the HR, the hire of these two associates was an asset to Dillard . This young man , along with the lady who assisted me in finding a match to my outfit in selecting pair of sheer hosiery were most helpful. The HR obviously does a super job of placing its people.
Since I failed to get names, I hope these following numbers on my receipts will allow you to recognize their special service Tuesday morning to two old folks who were completely flustered when we arrived. We will make trip back!

Dillard's in Carolina place mall is outstanding. Charles, Corey,.Brianna and Henrietta gave me the best customer service I have EVER received while in the process of doing a return of a Micheal kors watch. Great job, wonderful, outstanding

Eldar took excellent care of me during my birthday visit to the Polo department in May! The mall may be old school, but you can find some fantastic deals! During my shopping spree there was a shirt I really wanted, but wasn’t in my size. Eldar let me know immediately that I can have my size sent to my home. Worked out great!! Thank you to Eldar, Carolina Place, Dillards, and Ralph Lauren Polo department for making my visit a great one!!

Needed some new jeans and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms B-Denim!!! I normally just find my size and leave but, Ms B-Denim educated me on the different styles and that they don't all fit the same. She insisted that I try the jeans on before purchasing. It's a good thing I did or I would have been back to exchange it because the size I requested was too big. She was AWESOME!!!!❤

Dealing with great customer service took a little while but when I got you and she was fantastic they just didn't have my size of bras that I needed we'll go back and buy other things.

Don't usually leave a review on big stores like this, but there was a very helpful going man who helped my mother and I find shoes for my stepfather. He was nice enough to hold them for us so we didn't have to walk the entire mall holding them, and then gave us great advise on a nice brand that the store didn't even carry to consider. Nice to know there are people out there that still have manners and great customer service.

What a shame shopping malls have declined in the last decade. Places like Dillard serve a wonderful purpose. This location had phenomenal service, great layout and quality choices.

Today was an amazing experience at Dillards. I received help from an employee named Renae- and she was very knowledgeable about the products in store(colognes in my case) & helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and even recommended some other great items that I now have in my wish list. Beyond satisfied, thank you!!

Very impressed. Been a very long time since I have shopped here. I usually don't care much for department stores due to lack of quantity of things I like. I was so surprised I loved so much here!! It is a bit pricier than other department stores, but they also have some great sales. Was so pleased. Great staff as well always asking if I needed help.

This was my first experience at Dillards. We were walking through the store and decided to stop and take a look around. We came across an associate named Jennifer. Jennifer worked in the fragrance department and knew her products very well. This lady is amazing, she was very professional and worked really hard. She persisted in finding and applying my military discount to save me some money on a product she helped me find. The store is well organized and my experience was excellent. I will visit again.

The outlet is a lot different than the traditional store. But a dropped over $700.00 in one visit so they are doing something right!
