Wanted something saved to pick up later. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Got what I needed so quickly and easily. My grandson loved a "warmie",got it dirty, and gave it a bath. It ruined it. I was able to replace it and mail it off to Georgia. 5 year old boy happy.

The Scott's Hallmark store in Webster is very nice, staff very pleasant and helpful. I was shopping for Hallmark Christmas Ornaments 🎄which is the main time of year I visit Scott's stores. I have also visited his store on Titus/Hudson in Irondequoit, very nice too but my main store is on Jefferson Rd in Henrietta. Most staff know me there because I've visited them for many years unfortunately this visit required a fast, close visit to where I live. 2020 has changed so many things even shopping during Hallmark Christmas 🎄 Premiere events 💔

every year i call and order the barbie Christmas ornament and they always put it aside for me when it comes in. Everyone is friendly and professional, great store and people

This is a wonderful card shop. They have so many things that it's more of a gift shop! There is a sale section where you can always find something you can't live without. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great place.
