AT&T Store

Had one of the best experiences at this AT&T store. Don't even think about going to the other store as it is just a waste of time. I tried the bigger one in town first and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I have ever had, but I walked into this store and felt immediately welcomed. The kind lady working was very informative and knew her stuff. 100/10

Michelle and Isaiah were the ones that helped us and they were amazing. We had 10 people with us getting phones and plans and they went above and beyond to help us. When we ran into a slight problem they stayed an hour and a half after closing trying to fix it

Do not go to this store! I was made promises that were lies for one! The manager there is rude. I was told I was put on a 6 month "plan" to be withdrawn from my bank account for 50 a month, come to find out today total cost was going to be over 90 a month for a contract! The free phone I was supposed to receive didnt happen, and the one I was promised "on payments" doesn't qualify for a pay as you go phone. Lies, lies lies!! This AT&T store is totally messed up. Why do you people want to do people like that! And as a woman manager why in the world would you as a woman want to make two young boys walk on egg shells all day? Power trip much or just another personal call outside? My second trip was a real eye opener folks and then I really woke up today! Pitiful! And Isaiah you are better than this!

messed up on this survey thingy! Isaiah at the At&t APEX Communications store in Russellville Arkansas is a awesome sales person! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I was so glad I took a chance and visited that location. Thank you ISAIAH! I wish I had got your last name!

Amazing customer service! Go see Sydney! She is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable! You can tell she genuinely cares for the wants and needs of everybody that walks through the door! She went above and beyond to figure out a plan that worked for me and my husband. I've worked with her multiple times for different phones/plans/birthday presents and have always left happier and less stressed than going in! Thank you Sydney!!

I appreciate the speed that I was given in service. It is so hard to get everything done in a lunch break and Michele went above and beyond for me. She was with another customer, but still took the time to great me genuinely, not the fake stuffy kind of greeting. While they were busy looking she excused herself and then asked me what I needed. I will definitely be back to do service with this store. I was worried because it wasn’t the bigger store and that I would not get the service I needed and I would be late back to work. 10/10 would recommend their services.

I had concerns about my first bill. I took it into the store and spoke with Michele. She was very helpful. She explained all the charges in depth and explained why they were the way they were being that I started my service in the middle of a billing cycle. She made sure I was happy with the answers and my service.

Michelle worked endlessly on helping me conquer my fear of switching phones again! She was very patient and understanding of my needs and exactly what I wanted. While my phone was downloading, which had not bn done in a while apparently, she was multitasking with other customers and they all seemed so pleased with her expertise! I was highly recommend this store and the friendly people that work here! It’s definitely a win win situation!!! Thanks again Michelle!!!!!

We drove all the way to Russellville from Scott to see Michele as we had heard wonderful things about her. It was absolutely worth the drive. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to put my son and I both in iPhone 12’s and an iPad for almost the same price that we had been paying Verizon for a service that didn’t work. Our new AT&T service works exceptionally well and we love our phones. She was so very nice, took the time to explain the phones and billing to us, and even ensured that all of our information transferred successfully to the new phones. We were very impressed by the service that Michele provided and will drive back to see her for any future needs. She is a wonderful asset to this organization.

Sydney Smith at this location has helped me with my cell phone and Netgear Mobile Router issues and saved me! I work at home these days and needed to have everything fixed quickly. She went above and beyond the call of duty every time she worked with me! She is very intelligent and professional and a Super Star!

I am currently with Verizon. I've been thinking about switching to At&t and after talking with Michele she has convinced me. Really great deals and phone bill will be much cheaper! Thank you again Michele for taking time out of your day and helping me!

I had a bad experience calling 611 but Michelle Dean at 1107 N. Arkansas location went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. I was upset and ready to cancel all of my services. I was very pleased with the outcome and will continue to visit that location in the future!

Always the best customer service , they explain things and wait on you pretty fast. Others stores I'm always told you 3 rd in mine or you will hav eto wait to purchase that as we have several people in front of you . Not this store these people move at faster pace and always make me feel aware of what I'm getting and doing . Kudos to your sales people at this store

I am not a fan of AT&T but I went with my friend for some technical support because her home screen stopped she had nothing backed up to Google and there was a man named Matthew in there that usually works in Clarksville that tried several different things with no success. Then he had her create a new password so he could get into her Google and backup everything and factory reset it without her losing her only pictures she had of her daughter that has passed away. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend HIM to anyone.

Great customer service!! I got the new iPhone and watch with no hassle. Love the products and plan to get more for the rest of the family in the near future.

I went into the store to ask about a billing question and Michele was very helpful and explained everything to me. She broke it down to what everything was. Very friendly and nice!!

Chloe was so helpful. She took her time to address all my needs and did all she could to help. I wish all the people that I had to help me were as pleasant as she is.
