When in to upgrade from a Galaxy S21 to a S23 and the whole process of finding the right plan to transferring data over was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and helpful. S. Boston was the employee who helped me and was very knowledgeable and gave a spot-on estimate of the time the data transfer would be complete.

Boston was amazing. He’s super friendly and made it super easy so get everything switched over. I will definitely be going back to him if I need anymore help!

I had a great experience. The gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He put on a new screen protector for my watch and gave me information about several things.

Chris stayed late to help me get my new phone set up and when I later had a manufacturer defect, was super helpful in finding me a fast replacement. Appreciate him and his team so much. I don’t get new phones often and dread the setup, but they made sure everything was right. Thank you for your patience, time, and customer service. Nice to have a local team you can trust for questions. Chris assured me my payments wouldn’t change and got me a better service plan which I appreciate. Top notch!

Boston (name of tech who assisted us). He was excellent and would recommend him to help you with your Verizon needs. He was very patient with us and answered our many questions - which usually leads to irritating most techs. He also did a good job recommending but not forcing us such as a plan type, or phone case, etc. It was a very pleasant experience.

Boston (the customer service rep who assisted me) was very helpful. He answered every question I had and was friendly & polite. He seemed pretty knowledgeable on the products/services they had available & was able to help me get set up with a really good deal on trade-in for a new phone.

Chandler was professional and courteous. The store was neat and clean.

Chris was super friendly and helpful! We went in to upgrade my mom's flip phone because Verizon is upgrading their systems and he listened to what she looking for and made sure we had the accessories we needed for protection and was very patient with the tech support he was working with for another customer. Very nice young man. Extremely helpful. Didn’t get to the store until 7:10 PM. They close at eight. I purchased a new phone and iPad. I kept telling him I would come back tomorrow and he said no this is fine. I was out of there by 8:10. Very quick. Very clean. Very knowledgeable

I worked with Christopher today and he was such a great help. His service was very accommodating by being very focused, pleasant -even tho I asked a ton of questions,, patient and put lots of energy into helping me get the right phone set up.
