Bridges Bay Resort

We stayed here to do some pheasant hunting in Iowa. Initially we were on the 4th floor with some family doing a family reunion. They were absolutely awful guests and had their kids running all over the place and their kids were screaming without them correcting their behavior.

We spoke to the front desk and they were VERY accomodating and moved us to the second floor. It was so much better! The rooms were great! We did a one bedroom condo and I highly recommend it. The rooms came with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and stove. I would recommend bringing any dishes that you may need because the rooms really only have plates, glasses, and silverware. We really enjoyed the space of room and the hotel was very dog friendly.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, but maintenance came up and fixed it in a timely manner. We went in the off-season, so pricing was reasonable.

The rooms at this resort were very comfortable and clean. We had 7 adults in a 3 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. Everything was in working order. The pool area was fabulous and had an adults only area we appreciated as some of our gals were moms taking a break from children. There were several options for nearby restaurants and the food we had at Bracco was delicious! My only complaint is the cooling unit in our room was loud. I definitely plan to return!

Beautiful and comfortable space for families, with plenty of year-round amenities for all ages.

My family loves going here. The water park needs to get a few more double rider tubes. There were only 3 that we seen and all were very deflated. My daughter did ask a lifeguard if one could be inflated more and she was told no.

The arcade is insane and you can blow through money real quick here.

The hotel villa was amazing. We were able to sleep the entire party. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Food at the water park... Their fries are amazing. I get them every time!

Wonderful dog friendly rooms with hard to find water view balconies! We stayed in the more recently built building that is further from the outdoor pool. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The room does not provide seating (chairs, benches) inside the room other than the bed. However 2 patio chairs and small side table can be found on balcony. Quiet, relaxing, with an incredible television. Large king size bed was extremely easy to snuggle in and get awesome sleep. Water park passes (located in the other resort building) were included with our room price, but we did not have a need for those. There is no price adjustment if you do not need or use water park passes. Also be aware: the water views are most definitely disappointing due to the building structures built between the hotel and the lake, obstructing the quality of the vacationer's view (and the roof air conditioning units constantly running in front of our rooms) but we adjusted. Just not your standard open air, full Lakeshore experience we look for when vacationing by water. Certainly a top notch dog friendly stop when in the area! Highly recommend!

For our family it was the perfect size water park. The room was setup very nicely had more than enough room for our four kids and the two of us. Kids had a great time, the staff was very friendly the water park was appropriate for all ages. Very clean, professional. I could tell this wasn’t a place that Didn’t have Someone behind the wheel. I’m not a water park guy at all but I’m looking forward to coming here in the summer months. We will definitely be back

very lovely resort! i will definitely miss the room i stayed in! it was very spacious with all the amenities. the lobby had complementary coffee in the morning, 2 options for meals and a waterpark- indoor and outdoor. very fun experience & would love to visit again!

Really enjoyed my stay there. Any help I needed the staff at the front desk was more than accommodating. The indoor water park was a blast for all and the lifeguards kept up with the busy crowds and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.

Not from the area so I didn't know much about the location except for the reviews I had seen Some good, some not so good reviews. Traveling with kids I knew the Waterpark, and arcade would be fun for the kids.
I really didn't know what to expect.
Make sure if you are booking a room here you call the resort directly. I almost made the mistake of booking through a booking agency and would have paid over $500.00 more then what they charge for a room. I realized it when the room prices were way more then what was listed on the website for Bridges Bay.
After realizing this and calling the resort directly I booked our stay for April.
The Water park was open Friday Sat and Sunday I knew this when booking the reservation.

I ended up upgrading to a 2 bedroom condo.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The condo had everything I needed. Resort overall was Great! Clean, and Fun. Arcade was open 24 hours. Waterpark you can tell is the winter hangout.
Overall the place was great! Would stay here again. Room 10 out of 10!

The beds were so comfortable. Our room had a living area with a sofa sleeper and two queen beds, that were amazing. Staff was very helpful when we needed extra items. Breakfast was decent. Had a variety of options from fruit to waffles and items in between.

Nice rooms, we had a suite for a wedding event. Will do again for sure!! Full kitchen, stove, full fridge, dishwasher etc. Plates, glasses, silverware etc. The presidential suite at the Kalahari in the Dells doesn't have a full kitcken!!! Two decks. Pull out sofa. Rooms 1245-1247 are on the far corner of the 2nd floor over looking the Waterfront. Arcade, full indoor pool and waterslide park. We missed the outdoor one but it was still great! A few minor misses on the rooms & services...no morning continental breakfast. Bathroom showers need to be re-grouted, deep cleaned. 2nd floor hallway carpet had a few carpet bubbles you can easily trip on if you're not careful. Overall...a really nice stay. Will book again.

Our whole family made the trip down because it was the halfway point with other family members coming from the south. We loved our weekend here. The water park was so fun! My kids already want to go back. We stayed in three adjoining rooms so it was essentially like having our own house for the weekend which was really nice instead of being crammed into a little hotel room!

My family and I recently stayed at this resort while on vacation and I must say this by far the best resort we have ever stayed. The suites we had were phenomenal and huge! We loved the private patio. The staff was super friendly and the water park was fun! The only thing that I would say could be better was the pool could be a little deeper than 3'6". I did enjoy the poolside bar and that the children were not allowed in that end of the pool.
We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

Great stay! Clean updated rooms! Nice staff! We stayed Fri -Sun during the off season. We got one room with a king, separate kitchen and living area and one adjoining room with two queens.
My son enjoyed the indoor water park

Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are so clean. Feels luxurious with the lake view rooms.

The customer service is comparable to any 5 star resort I have visited. The accommodations are amazing, (I booked a two bed condo).
We enjoyed the indoor water park, the facility was clean, the water was warm, and again the staff actually seemed to be happy to work there.
We plan on returning at least twice a month this winter.
