The UPS Store

Have been very happy coming here for years. If you saw the situations people threw at the folks who work here you would go 🤦‍♂, my meaning is some folks are unreasonable. One very important thing to always keep in mind, the UPS Store is a franchise NOT UPS, not a problem for me but be aware. If you have a problem they can’t help you at the store, you get to call the automated system when you call UPS (the actual company) with any issues & that’s how I had to file an insurance claim once outta the hundreds of times I have shipped. The store can’t help you with claims, ever, it is a franchise.

Always a good experience. They recently helped me with a return, although it ended up I had to go to Fed Ex. They let me use their space to tape up package and help with shipping label. Pleasant professional staff.

First time in this location, Saratoga Springs, and the gentleman I had taking care of me was phenomenal. Very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Mister, glad I could leave positive feedback

Every time I return something I am greeted with a smiling face. They make it fast and easy and you can tell they are all working really hard.

I have always had great service and the employees were very polite.

I make a lot of purchases from Amazon that often require me to make returns. This process is quick and easy at UPS. I simply show up, they scan my code off of my phone, take my merchandise and I walk out. They box and ship everything for me...what's there not to love?

Friendly, professional, proficient and helpful. The store was in neat order. I needed a heavy/bulky item packed/shipped and was hesitant to go after seeing a 3-star rating. I'm so glad I did because my experience was 5-stars.

I absolutely love coming to this UPS location! All the staff is super friendly, helpful and it’s great to see everybody working as a team. The price is right for the extraordinary service given! Also, the store always smells fresh and looks so clean!

They are pretty fantastic here! Exceptional service and very kind. Mark rocks. This UPS gets a lot of volume and the employees are helpful to all. My favorite UPS experience in the Albany area.

Surprised by the 3.1 rating. I've been there 20-30 times since moving to the area a couple years ago. They've always been friendly and efficient. I've seen them dealing with some really challenging people while waiting in line too. Some people seem shocked that shipping a large package, across the country, in a couple days, is going to cost more than a stamp, lol.

I have had the pleasure of working with this shop for over a decade. I have shipped my Art with Pete, the owner, and Myron. They continually take excellent care of my Art and my Patrons. After shipping my Art consistently with them, I can truthfully say they will always take the highest care of your Art.

As a Gallery owner and Artist, I cannot commend them enough for over a decade of excellency!!!

Excellent service. Contrary to other comments, the phone was answered by a very friendly gentleman on the second ring. I had an unusual favor to ask, he was very polite, accommodating and eager to go above and beyond his normal job duties. Thanks for your help today

I've used this store on many occasions needing fast shipping and complex orders, the manager usually on duty absolutely knows what she is doing. Best UPS store there is. Plus friendly service.

Love this store very well located in Saratoga Springs staff always very friendly and helpful my packages are always delivered within 2 days of promised date I ship alot and will continue to use this location

Marino was so kind, patient, and helpful. The store is immaculate, and my numerous questions and needs were dealt with kindly and efficiently.

The employees were very helpful and very nice. I just needed a paper printed and to mail a letter. every thing was simple and easy. I was in and out the door. :)
