Great people and great service! They helped me switch over from corrupt H2O Wireless. You know…the company that puts you on hold for 2 hours, then hangs up on you when you tell them that you want to cancel your service. Yeah, that one.

Cricket has been the opposite experience for me. The guys at the Owensboro store on Frederica Street were awesome. One young man (dark skinned fellow with glasses) who’s name escapes me, stayed on the phone for 30 minutes on hold with H20, trying to port my old number over to no avail. It wasn’t his fault, and I gave him an “A” for effort, in which I had no choice but to choose a new number at that point, because from my past experience with H20, getting someone on the phone just wasn’t going to happen.

I even showed up on customer appreciation day and got a free burrito from the Real Hacienda truck. Plus I had a chance to spin their wheel for a free gift card that unfortunately I didn’t win.

Bottom line here…they do a lot for their customers, and their service is top notch in terms of clarity and other free perks like visual voice mail and an organized app that is easy to set up. There’s also an option of reoccurring bill pay, via debit or credit card that gives you 5 dollars off a month. Cool place!

Kevin was such a respectful young gentleman. He got me and my family into great phones at a even better discount, he also helped us switch everything over. I definitely recommend asking for him when you stop in!!!!

Fantastic service. Eric, I believe his name is, was awesome! Met & greeted us as soon as we walked in. Absolute confidence, firm & to the point. He knew his products. Mixed some humor in. I'm a stickler for personality from a clerk. If I could score him, absolutely 150% & HIGHLY recommend him.

Cricket has provided excellent service to our family, 7 phones all together, for almost 3 years now, and that without a hitch! In fact, we had good phone plans for almost a year, and when better plan deals rolled down, they gave'em to us as well! Very accomidating and wise help. There's never a question they don't have the correct answer to. Highly recommended - Oh, GREAT coverage too!

The girl that greeted us Dominique was amazing. She knew exactly how to answer all my questions and was super friendly. She is the example of a great employee.

Can’t beat it great phone service good customer service but I will say the phones that are “free" are junk but I’d recommend them for anyone you can always buy a phone and then get there service now to clarify you can buy iPhones and androids but out right the third party that helps with getting phones on payments are just rude

The workers are always nice and helpful and answer generally every question someone might have and do everything they can to get the answer if they aren't so sure and never let someone leave unsure or in question.
