Nothing to brag about except inexpensive, clean, newly remodeled rooms.

This is not a 5 star hotel, so I don't compare this to a Hilton or Marriott.

In, the inexpensive, cheap places to sleep. This is 5 stars.

Great location and Hotel.

Looking for a one night stay at a reasonable price. Not a 5 star resort but the room was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the desk lady told hubs they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast. He was so looking forward to it being in the South and all. Was not good. All in all though we’d stay here again.

The clerk at the front desk Faith was so accommodating. Our room was changed after we got in it because they had plans on fixing something. After moving, I saw her while getting ice, and I said it's not as nice of a room as the first but no big deal. Right away, she said she would move us and proceeded to make keys and then came and showed us our newly remodeled room. Breakfast was a large assortment of many items to choose from. If we go back, we plan on staying again.

The front desk lady was so nice the rooms are nice too definitely and they have breakfast

Pretty nice hotel. Close to a waffle house and I didn't see any addicts or junkies, so that's a plus

This hotel is very nicely renovated and the bathrooms were especially tasteful with rainfall tiled walk-in showers. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Considering this was one of the lowest priced hotels in the area, the value is exceptional.

Stayed here June 30th. Great welcome from Faith. Room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast had many options, was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and reasonably priced. Rooms looked like they had recently been remodeled. Rooms much better than I could have imagined. Only downside was breakfast. Breakfast room was being remodeled. Breakfast was basic: coffee, muffins, and packaged breakfast burritos requiring microwaving.

Had to have a cat friendly place. My room was right in front of my parking spot, that's a big deal when you've traveled 10 hours and it's dark outside. My room was really clean and newly renovated. The refrigerator had a freezer compartment for freezer paks. Front desk person was friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable. Thank you

This is a great hidden gem in Cleveland! We have a great experience every time we stay. The staff is wonderful and the stay is always very peaceful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. They are also currently renovating!

I've stayed here twice and love it nice rooms bed slept great nice bathroom very friendly staff didn't try the breakfast but will next time I will be staying there again when I'm in town.

The front desk was friendly over the phone and in person. They are pet friendly. The rooms are all squeaky clean and don't smell of pets. So glad we were able to stay here in Cleveland with our 2 dogs. This hotel was a great find. Highly recommend it.

You get what you pay for. Its not a bad place but the bed frames are cheaper so the are squeaky. The mattress was also ripped on the side and looked old. There were also a few cosmetic imperfections. None of these issues are a reason not to stay but the company I was with would have rather spent the extra 40$ for a different hotel.

Clean, modern decor. Reasonable prices. Extra $20 for our dog but that’s ok! Good breakfast. We’d stay again.

All the staff was very courteous and pleasant. Very welcoming. My room was a double that was spacious, very clean, comfortable (sleep like a baby). I will definitely stay here again when we visit. Lots of restaurants and gas stations around

We stayed for three nights, one suite and one queen room with our family of seven. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were not fancy, and things needed some tlc but were very clean and functional. The kitchen in the suite was equipped for all we needed. The living area was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall it was a good experience, and the price was very good. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere, but if you want a decent, clean place to stay where they treat you right, and it doesn't cost a fortune, I recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised, it appears the place has had a make-over ? My room had new fixtures, carpet, & bedding. Security was great and a Cracker Barrel in the backyard ! Breakfast was good, not elaborate.

Room was clean. And staff very helpful. You had stocked what you needed. I made three nights without needing anything restocked. Long as you not rolling in with a bunch of tech gadgets you should be happy with your stay. Would definitely stay again.

We ended up here on a spur of the moment trip and we're kind of skeptical at first...but was more than pleasantly surprised! We had our German Shepherd with us so our choice of hotels was very limited. The room was very clean, the bed was VERY comfortable and the staff was awesome. It seems to be newly remodeled. I would highly recommend.
