AT&T Store

If you’re needing a new phone or anything electronic related, I suggest you check out the AT&T store in Greenwood, AR. Tiffany was amazing! She switched my service from Straight Talk to AT&T. I didn’t have to do anything. I’m so happy with my new service!

I love this Girl that works there she definitely awesome and helps the customer as soon as possible, she is a positive person and her service is immaculate!!

The store manager was very helpful with transferring over my SIM card to an eSim. Marin and Tiffany were super friendly and helpful both times we came in. They went above and beyond to take care of us.

She went above and beyond to get us all fixed up and recommended the best accessories for my accident prone self. Will definitely keep my AT&T service as long as she’s around to help! Pleasant experience on our visit. We purchased 2 new phones and 2 new lines. Hannah, our sales representative, was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products and helped with the switching of the phone contents. The store was very clean and professional looking. The store had quite a bit of foot traffic while we were there and Hannah was polite to each and every customer.

I called the store the day before coming to change my phone and could not have been more thrilled with the knowledge and level of customer service I received from Tiffany!! I’ll be back anytime I need something!!

I spent hours on the phone with customer service and finally drove 45 minutes to this store. They had me fixed up in no time and exceeded my expectations. My Dad's older and he just needed his flip phone replaced. The ladies went above and beyond to get him fixed up and deserve the recognition.

This store has the best staff! I went in needing a whole change to my account billing and device wise and left with everything I needed at the price point I wanted and with everything backed up it was amazing all while they had amazing attitudes and friendly service to me and my munchkins in tow. I will be coming here for accessories and everything device related now thank you so much!

Summer and Hanna were very helpful with getting our phone updated with the new iPhone12 pro! They were very knowledgeable regarding the phones and accessories! The Greenwood store was very clean and organized! These folks are great! They will get you fixed up!

After a very frustrating experience at the AT&T store on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, we came here to the Greenwood, AR location. We had a wonderful experience here today--both Tiffany's were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient and kind. Alllllllll the stars!!!!!!!!
