AMAZING TEAM at the PRO DESK!!! Jim and Teresa helped me on a huge project of building our deck. Jim took the time to go through parts of the design to make the project better. He helped point out things I wasn't thinking about. Like all big construction projects, things don't always go according to plan. Jim and Teresa and the Team at Lowes STOOD by us through the whole process and helped us overcome problems and issues that arose! I am a customer FOR LIFE at this store! THANK YOU!!!

Bought a great fridge here almost half off. The store is well kept. Staff was great, especially Josh, who loaded up the fridge in our trailer and would not accept a cash tip for his help.

I don’t have anything against Lowe’s but I am someone that prefers to shop at Home Depot. However, I will only be getting my paint here from now on. The older gentleman with glasses (I can’t believe I forgot his name) really knows his stuff when it comes to matching colors and giving advice and his customer service is incredible. I’ve never had a match come closer to his. I came in once at 8:50 when they closed at 9. 9:15 rolls around and he’s insisting he gets it exactly right for me. When he’s finally finished he says feel free to bring it back and he can make tiny adjustments if needed. I also wasn’t charged for the poor color match another associate did a week prior. It was an exact match and I was happy I didn’t have to paint the entire room again. Lowe’s also partners with Sherman Williams so they can match their colors as well as Valspar.

I want to update the review I previously posted. Lowe’s made everything right for me. They delivered my appliances on December 6 as originally told. They also realized the refrigerator I ordered was in fact not a counter depth but a full size refrigerator. They updated the description online and ordered a counter depth for me which will not be in stock until Jan 4. I am using the one they delivered until then. They have been very attentive to be sure I am satisfied, which I am. To me, ordering 4 major appliances is a big deal and it is nice to know that Lowe’s respects that and wants their customers satisfied.

Easiest online order and pick up I've done in a long time. They called me that morning to make sure I for the notification my order arrived to the store. I went in that afternoon to customer service desk, said my name and showed my ID. They already had it ready and someone helped me put it in my car.

4/15/2023 Aaron was so helpful. We were looking for the Blink Video Camera + Sync Module 2. This was the second store we had been too. The other employees were not that nice at all. Sent me to aisle 10 for this item. When it’s locked in Customer Service. The assistant manager was being rude to a elderly lady. His facial expressions were not nice. I have picture of the two. Who were not nice.

Very helpful in finding what you need (even though they don't carry the replacement table saw belt I needed). Very friendly, and helped give recommendations as to where I could locate the correct part.

We recently bought a washer and dryer set and Maurice from the pro desk was a huge help in getting our transaction completed in a timely manner. We have a lot of DIY home reno projects planned and will definitely be making this Lowes location our go to! ❤

Been our go to place for our home needs when we are in Omaha. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store manager Eric is awesome! Willing to go out of his way to make sure you are happy and sometimes educated on the things you are buying. We keep coming back to this store because of him! Thank you Eric!
**Update** Went back for all of our home appliances and was blown away with Scott in the appliance section. He went above and beyond and then some! I recommend going to him with all your appliance needs, he is really knowledgeable and keeps his word. Again, outstanding service and one of the main reasons we keep going back to this location. 👏

Did a great job matching paint color from the chip that I brought in. Also they sell Sherwin Williams paint which has always been a favorite of mine.

This is the standard Lowe's store. However, the staff was especially helpful and courteous. The staff was very helpful when it was time for us to load a large order of mulch and asked us, a few times, if there was anything else we needed help finding or loading. One of the best shopping experiences we have had in quite a while.

Very well organized location! Everything was together and very easy to find. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Talk to Jim for all your construction needs. He will work hard to find you the best deal on bulk purchases. Especially if you are doing renovations or a new build. He stays on top of the deliveries and will make sure you're in the loop. You can tell he loves his job.

The military recognition and discount is meaningful. I most enjoy when I shop on line that the app tells me what aisle and specific location to find items. So, everything you need, great price, awesome service. Yeah, I'm good with that.

I've always picked Lowes as my favorite home improvement store. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. They will take the extra time to make sure you leave happy with your purchases. If they can't help you because they might not have the item you're looking for. They will let you know and maybe suggest an alternate item that would work. It's early for halloween but today I saw they had a ghost guitarist and drummer playing grim reapers.they looked real. I'd like the drummer for my spooky Halloween yard. I really have fun with those kind of decorations. I have an acreage I fix up for Halloween for the kids in the area.. The nightmare on Elm street.

Customer service was awesome this morning and so was check out. Plus, I've got a new project that will save me money in the end!!

I love taking my pup here, everyone is very friendly and shopping is easy.

I'm not much of a DIY'er so to me, once I've seen one home improvement store, I've seen them all. What stands out to me about Lowe's (and this location in particular) is the friendliness of the staff. I have a Pomeranian who tags along any chance he gets. When we go to Lowe's, he's always greeted with a smile and usually a treat. He appreciates the love almost as much as I do. We're loyal Lowe's shoppers partly because of the great prices and mostly because of the great staff.

Bought a kitchen faucet that leaked out of the box, Jack at the return desk was more helpful than anyone could have asked, even made a recommendation. Swapped out products, paid the difference and am greatly appreciative after the whole experience. New product is installed and works perfectly. Didn't want to mention brands in the review, but the store's staff definitely helped out a weekend warrior like me.

Shopped for a replacement grill. Henry was outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. Went in back to find our first choice but wasn't to be found in stock. Went to find our second choice but came out with our first choice because he found it hidden behind other boxes. Very friendly and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered at Lowe's was asking if they could help us. Normally, I shop at Home Depot, but never get this kind of attention from their staff. Will change from Home Depot to Lowe's from now on.
