I visit the jewelry section frequently for a quick gift idea. The staff always ready to help me. There is one that now remembers me and who I shop for and what I usually am looking for. They have a nice selection that varies from cheaper to more expensive nicer jewelry. The 1/2 carat was not too bad a price. Nice promise ring for Christmas.

Great experience shopping at JC Penny's within Westroads mall. The customer service was pleasant. Inventory was great. The wait to checkout was light. The cashier was very helpful and a sweetheart.

we came in to return some things we bought for our daughter. she had taken the tags off and threw away the receipt. The lady that helped us was unbelievably awesome her name is Eshana this lady went above and beyond to help us out. I cant express how much we appreciated all her hard work.

I love JCP! They always have a lot of items on clearance! I love how I always seem to get a discount when I pay with my JCP credit card! Spacious store but it felt like it was a little on the empty side.

The sales associates were more than helpful and even saved us $100,!

They have everything you need and more! And you can almost always find a coupon. Sephora is my favorite spot for makeup.

Was in need of some summery tops and I was able to find 7 cute ones! They were all already on sale and I used a 30% off coupon so it ended up being a very good purchase. The store was cleaner than usual and well organized. The associate that rang up my stuff was very polite and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience today.

I love this store. Great clothes, jewelry, shoes, & cosmetics. Great prices as well. I also noticed that most of what Von Maur has, JCPennys will have it for cheaper.

One of my favorite places to shop for clothes right now, an incredibly awesome clearance section! Wonderful sales everyday! The staff is very educated in fashion! I always find a staff member and have them pick out my clothes and they do a wonderful job! You get the personal shopper experience without paying for it!

Lots of nice people to help & good discounts! Bought 3 swimsuit tops on clearance ($6.50 each), a dress for $28.50. With a 20% off coupon I saved on each item purchased. Then decided to buy a set of queen sheets for $43; ordered to ship to store & after applying a $10 discount I had just earned, what a deal! No waiting to use $10 discount like Kohl's. I'll be back soon!

Took my daughter shopping for a prom dress. We found the most beautiful dress that also looks amazing on her. Unfortunately it was not on sale, but I think we still got a lot of value for the money. I love this store!

My favorite place to shop! Associates are always friendly, helpful and overall pleasant people. I shop here a lot and they always recognize me and speak. Makes me feel good about spending my hard earned money.
