Very friendly service. Was greater outside by one of their employees, had friendly small talk and got very good service inside. I'll be back to this location.

I love the flowers at Lowe's. And they always have discounts in the back. the flower center is pretty much closed down, except for some random Moms and annuals that are half price. I will be one of the first ones there in the early Spring.

Art (Arthur), an employee working in the paint department, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding sanding, types of stain & paint, brush type and humidity levels when painting. He was genuinely interested in my project. Thanks Art!

Great store with extremely helpful employees!!! Also, have had extremely postive experiences with purchases and installs from siding, faucets, screen door, and others.

I am definitely very grateful for the attention they gave me, the manager is called Joel Etchinson and the guy John, he works in the area of ​​electrical appliances, both are very patient and kind, they helped me in the best possible way in the purchase of my refrigerator I am lucky that on the day of my purchase they were there to help many blessings for them they are great and very very kind in customer service

It was good wasn't too busy I was in and out quickly and the lady at the counter was extremely polite I'm a construction business owner so I spend a lot of time and hardware stores I don't usually use Lowe's but after that experience I just might that girl at the counter definitely needs a raise she was extremely humble

Carol Sue did an outstanding job when I had to return some dead bushes. Went above and beyond with the return and made me feel great. Carol Sue showed me that customer service isn’t dead. She needs to be promoted asap. I love Lowes!!!!!

The working staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Lowe's has most everything I need for working on homes, new or repairs. Customer for life.

Learned something. To use an ‘In store Credit’ card, the person who was issued the card had to be the one to redeem the card value. After a trip back to the car to get my wife’s drivers license, along with my drivers license customer service handled the situation well.

Thank you TY for your awesome assistance with my lock and deadbolt. Appreciate you’re willingness to help others. Not only did he help me but I heard multiple times as he was walking asking folks if they needed assistance. I will be asking for him whenever I go back. Thanks for your great customer service. Love this place, it's my favorite Lowe's! Always well stocked, even during the pandemic with what they could get their hands on, vet their employees who are all knowledgeable, with special shout outs to the guys in plumbing and the paint department - they've saved me on projects more times than I can count!

I was able to order my items ahead of time and pickup at store shortly afterwards.

Easy transaction.

Typically Lowes are much slower at getting orders pulled so I was very impressed.

Store was very clean in and out.

We wanted to give a shout out to the awesome employees at the Lowe's on Wright Street in West Omaha. We were pricing 3 other future projects & everyone was super helpful. Then we headed over to plumbing. We feel terrible that we did not catch his name but he was wonderful. He was working in that department by himself on July 26, 2021 & he has the patience of a saint and was able to help us turn our incoherent ramblings into all the parts and pieces we needed to install our new water softener.
