Elder's Ace Hardware- Cleveland

Elders has excellent service. When you walk in the door there is always somebody there ready to help if you need it! Also the employees seem very knowledgeable and will give you advice on what to do even letting you know of other places to get a product if they themselves don't carry it. They have a nice section of local items also, such as the awesome map of town in the picture below.

I love coming here. Everyone is always so happy to help. Ray helped us out the other night and made looking around for things fun. Really great customer service.

Bathroom was out of commission but then gentleman informed me of the porta-potty. I really needed to whizz!
Propane tanks better priced than Lowe's.

Awesome! They held the door open for me at 7:58pm as I rushed to make it before closing. Closing mgr was so helpful.

You know I grew up on the west coast and I went to Ace hardware all the time. The customer service I received was always top notch and their prices were always decent. Today in Cleveland TN I was with my wife and 2 year old girl and we stopped at Ace hardware to get some pumpkins! We came out to a flat tire. I started getting the jack out to put the spare on and an Ace employee came out and started helping me change the tire. I was very shocked and so happy the nice gentleman helped me. I was already exhausted and had just worked all day remodeling a house and was trying my hardest to have a positive attitude but when the Ace employee stepped in to help me I felt so relieved and emotional honestly.
This right here is why I shop at Ace. Thank you very much sir whatever your name was. I will continue to shop at Ace. Be blessed!

Friendly, helpful people, and a good selection of plants. I managed to find all three of the pepper plants I wanted. They had them at a great price, too! Hopefully in a few months, I'll have some tasty chili ingredients!

Everyone seem to be quite helpful and friendly. Almost earie like the TwilightZone. Ooh.

I find many things I need there. I love the healthy plants they sell. There is always someone to help you. They are very friendly plus it's a locally owned business.

They were a great help when I was looking for a new smoker. I called ahead and they had everything ready for me. The 2 employees that helped load it in my truck were great. Everyone was very helpful

If you’re a gardener this is the place to go. Their plants are so much better taken care of than the big box stores. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best employees is a young man named Matt. He goes above and beyond to help a customer. When I needed a special type of mulch he helped me to find it and even explained the differences to me so that I’d know what to get in the future.
Whenever I need something from a hardware store, first place I go is Elder’s Ace. They’ll take care of you.

Best service and advice that I have experienced in a while. They had plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to steer me to my decision to purchase some lawn equipment. Better than the staff at the two bigger box stores.

Had my car key get programmed today. For some odd reason the instructions didn’t really match the car model, but nonetheless Manny stuck by the whole time in the hot Tennessee weather until he got it working, took about 30-40 minutes. Manny never gave up and he was positive and kind the whole time. Very impressed by both Manny along with the other staff.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had a sensor key cut and programmed for my truck.

I'm always waited on hand and foot. The plumber walked me the whole process and prices. I go here for everything I can. If they had the size I would never go anywhere else.

They are more than helpful when you walk thru the door but i found out that they only have popcorn on Saturdays now that is one of the reasons i go to aces so they better think about bringing in the customers with the popcorn tell corporate....

I had the kindest employee help me this week. She talked and found out I was looking for a special birdhouse. Because of she and Joy, I went home with a beautiful one that had not been put out yet. I was treated so great. Thank you both!!!!!

Ace Hardware is a great place to shop. They have a very beautiful selection of plants, flowers, etc., all your gardening needs. I have always found everything that I need at ACE....they are very helpful to whatever you looking for and selections are great.
