Jen is the best manager ever! Even when she is in the middle of a project, she will take time to help me!!! The cashiers are very nice here, they have good customer service. :) The only downside about this one is that there’s no service at all, so I can’t scan items in-store on the app. (For those saying there’s “no help” or they “force you to use self checkout”, I’ve never had that experience, and I come here often. If you need a cashier, there’s a bell to ring.)

I love this cvs! I switched over from Walgreens because of bad customer service and everyone here is very nice and friendly and you dont ever feel uncomfortable.. they are very helpful and professional

This CVS here in Attleboro has some of the kindest most helpful people working there. 😁👍

Forcing the self-checkout is just ridiculous. Please keep one regular register open. Also, at one point 3 employees were completely goofing off while they were supposed to be helping a customer. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy area looked so dirty and unorganized. The carpet was filthy littered with trash. While I was waiting for my rx i was looking at some melatonin to get for my kids and a couple were expired caked with dust. I honestly haven’t taken my rx yet cause I’m so grossed out and not sure I trust it honestly.

Wish you could leave 0 stars. got a text that my perscription is ready but when i got there pharmacy was closed. then i walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking for an employee and called out but there were 0 employees in sight. absolutely shameful, and probably not the best practice since someone could have walked out with half your store and no one would have noticed 😂

MISSING MEDS!!

If you have a prescription for anything controlled, go somewhere else. I get my Adderall filled here, and there are pills missing every month. 1 pill short two months ago, 4 pills short last month, and 1 pill short today. Triple counted every time.

The rest of my (non-controlled) scripts are always spot on, so my guess is that someone is intentionally pocketing a couple some of the meds.

Horrible pharmacy staff- literally slamming the window as i raced to the counter to pick up my pills that i needed for pain relief. I pleaded with her to just let me pick it up. It was 1:29. I had received a notification that my medication was ready for pickup. It was packaged up 5 ft away, ready to be picked up, and there was no other customer around. She had a big smirk on her face while saying it was time for her to go eat her lunch and I need to come back in a half hour. She then said her lunch break is set every day at 1:30. We are talking about 30 seconds. I would never treat someone like that. I would be willing to be inconvenienced for a mere 30 seconds to not ruin someone else’s day. Unbelievably arrogant and self centered. Would give zero stars if i could. Please, never go here.

Pharmacy is always ridiculously backed up. There are no employees to be found, you're basically forced to use self checkout. The one employee that I did find for help a few minutes later, was rude as all hell. No thanks. Taking business to a further away location because it's not worth it coming here.

The WORST CVS! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS STORE, I don't care what I need! Simply and 100% because of the "manager" can't BELIEVE this girl is in charge. I asked who her manager was because I was certain she was just some young, dumb, ignorant employee and she replied "I am the manager" well! Nail In the coffin for me. 3 times in a row coming here and having a horrible experience. She's RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, SNAPS HER NECK and basically acts like she wants to fight you everytime you ask she has to do something. Real classy and professional environment...all set!

When calling the pharmacy not a single person picks up the phone to answer a simple question! Same goes to the CVS on N Main St in Attleboro.... Both pharmacy's had me on hold for 10+ minutes without picking up the phones... I find this absolutely ridiculous

Worst cvs ever nothing like an associate tell me no registers are open then proceed to stare at me while at self checkout......quality employees cvs what a joke

Unorganized pharmacy, stop the coming and get a shot adds if they can’t be supported. 1.5 hours 3 shots given exactly what is the holdup. Also don’t give 2part shots if you can’t support the second dose within the required timeframe.
