Cumberland Farms

In my recent visit I found new protocalls. Full service to obtain drinks. There was a small wait, but my drink was done just the way I like it so no problem! They do what they can to ensure safety and health.

Nice newer location. Staff is nice and coffee is always fresh when I go in the AM.

Friendly staff, well stocked.

They have great customer service and the lady I was on the phone with was very helpful, however they need to sell small sized rubbers. Luckily they sell Saran wrap and I found a toilet paper roll, but they don't have elastics which made me have to resort to a shoelace, which makes me look dumb. I will change to a five star review if they start selling small rubbers, whip-it! crackers, and Mac and cheese bites

For about the 12th time in less than year I went in again to purchase a half-dozen things only to be told we're out of bags AFTER they take my payment. So I am forced to juggle my purchases out the door, and have to put them down on my hood so that I can even open my door and get stuff in. Again I suggested to the cashier too as I always have that perhaps the order they put in for bags is not large enough. Once again I asked him to tell the manager but today he points to a fellow and goes there he is. I hope he heard and is competent.

Just was in this Cumberland Farms & woman at register was rude & unpleasant. You all need to train your staff better. Handling the drink where you put your mouth.. very unsanitary, & when she asked if she could do anything else I told her "Yeah you shouldn't handle people's drinks where they drink from,You are Constantly touching money which is one of the dirtiest things" She then informs me she hand sanitize's after any cash transaction, but untrue cause I watched her when I was in line.... .
It's becoming very clear I just need to Stop spending my hard earned money with your company.

The employees at this Cumberland farms, denied me service to break my hundred dollar bill mad rude. I was trying to get gas still denied me service I will never be coming back there ever again me or my family. It’s sad because I live around this area. Can’t even get a good Cumberland farms with good company these days.
