AT&T Store

The person that helped me WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he had me up and running in about 5 minutes with a brand new IPhone 14 and was recovering everything from my old destroyed iPhone XR. I had everything from my XR transferred to my IPhone 14 in less than 9.5 hours

Blake was the handsomest young man I’ve ever seen and helped me get a new iPhone for me and my wife’s boyfriend. The manager was very helpful and kindhearted to help me transfer my stuff to the new phones. Don’t worry Adam I’m coming back for that IPad😜

Im infuriated with Verizon and this store made leaving them so sweet. Adam and Matt seemed more than knowledgeable and lowered my bill. Finally get signal at home

Well what a great experience I just had at this AT&T store. I was helped by two Representatives Carlos and Ashland and the expertise was unbelievable. We'll start with Carlos he helped me out with a problem that I've been to five different locations to solve and he solved it right away. Ashland helped me out with the other simple problems for her but very difficult problems for me to take care of. And now I know this is the right location to go to in the first place.

All I want to say is I am a 74 yr old female and I have had so many problems with my old and new phone. This young Lady Ashlyn in the Clarksville, Arkansas store has helped so many times and has had the patience to work with me and take the time to explain over and over again what I need to know, she is very knowledgeable of her job and use of the iPhone. I highly recommend her service to everyone. Thank you

I recently swapped my service from Straight Talk to AT&T at the Clarksville AT&T office across from Walmart. Let me just say that the two young men working there were highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and they had my service swapped and fully functional within 20 minutes. Afterwards, they were able to answer every question I had as I began learning how to work within the new system. It is so good to have people on the ground who know what they're doing when I need help! Thank you AT&T for hiring only the best!

We had a phenomenal experience with Ashlyn Grenwelge yesterday, buying a new SE iPhone for our granddaughter. She is extremely knowledgeable. She knows the phones, the set-up details, and new account issues. She is our go-to person for any ATT products or services. 11 out of 10!!

Matt was super helpful! We called about getting a new cord so I could connect my phone to my car for maps to work. He offered to check my settings on my phone to try to get it to work without buying a new cord. He had to adjust some settings in my car as well and now it works! Thank you Matt! You made my day!!

Love the store. Calling corporate customer service is like pulling teeth, so Matt always helps me out when I have questions or issues with my service! I drive all the way to Clarksville anytime I need help because of his superior customer service and friendly attitude.

Morgan was wonderful to work with when my wife & I were upgrading our phones. Morgan had a room full of people and did a fantastic job at multitasking. He worked 3 people at once and keep them all separated and got the job done.

Michele is the bomb digitty!! I spent so much time with her today due to my phone not wanting to be backed up but she made my waiting time worth it. Such a fun, bubbly human being. Like I want to work here now so I can be around her all the time 😂 I would highly recommend this place and Michele :)

The store was very clean and professional, the staff seemed to have my best interest in mind the second I walked inside. Never seemed as though the questions I was asking was of any bother, and helped me along the entire process of switching from Verizon to ATT. Very highly recommend this store for your needs.

Excellent customer service the past 3 times I have been to the store from Micheal Poole. He was able to solve issues and was super friendly along with being understanding. He deserves a 5 star. The store is in need of another iPad for both workers to help customers. Since there is only one iPad we had to wait around 5 hours to complete our service. I know ATT is a big enough chain that they can afford another source to set up services.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T a few months ago. Michele Dean helped with that transition and has been more than helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had since. I have since added DirectTv and have upgraded my sons phone and added a tablet and I have always drove the distance so that Michele could do all of that. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help no matter the issue.

Very well mannered employees. Know how to get the job done right! Employees have great knowledge and I’m confident doing business with them. Ashlyn is very great! Can I do 6 stars?

The staff is friendly, and the tall guy working there is extremely knowledgeable! Matt answered all of our questions and helped us set up new phones for both my husband and I. We had a great experience!

We switched over from Verizon only because of Michele Dean she has always given us great service in the past and we followed her to ATT when she came to them. She is always attentive to our needs and is helpful with anything we need. We will continue to be ATT subscribers as long as she is with them.

I absolutely hate cell phone shopping, but Michele relieved all my stress and removed the burden of starting a new plan. She treated me like family even though we had just met. Ive been with Verizon for 15 years and she is the first person to offer customer service sufficient enough to make me switch. Thanks Michele!
