I had a problem with my phone and went by Russell cellular and Madeline helped me get it working again. She was great! So nice and patient and got someone to help us figure out what was wrong and got me going. Thank you so much. Y’all hired a good one.

My husband and I had a great experience today setting up individual data plans for the family lines and we are very happy to see the data packages eliminate the monthly overages and fees we experienced over the past five months. How great is it to be able to work directly with a great customer service representative and feel good about the right products and services being established in a retail store? When I had to go to Verizon in Clarksville, AR the young lady that helped me treated me with more respect and understanding than any one at any outlet I've ever had to deal with. She fixed my problem with in mins. and answered all my qustions. She also offered up other avenues i might consider taking to handle some of my issues I was having with my acct. Very helpful, and patient young person, which I don't find many of these days, sadly. So thank you to that young lady for making a great impression on a ol broken soul. Thank u very much.

I went to the Clarksville store to upgrade from a flip phone to a smart phone-- literally walked in and said "I intend to get a smartphone today and am not going to spend more than$300." Although there was a small technical issue, I did walk out with a nice new phone at no more than$225 ish. Kaylee was on shift by herself and handled it quite well. This is a very good store.
