I would like to address an issue we've been experiencing here at Buddy's. There is a former employee named Thomas Johnson who was terminated 1 year ago. Since that time he has repeatedly posted comments as a fake customer with the only intent is to pass false accusations and discourage customers with fabricated stories. He post under the name The Ayre and uses his girlfriend Claire Armstrong as well. Please disregard any comments made by these people who have never done business with Buddy's and only seek to harrass and retaliate. There is a pending legal issue regarding this matter. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The staff there was very Respectful over the phone and in Person. They are surprisingly cheap on weekly or monthly payments and are more than willing to work with you. Thank you to all the Employees that work there for all your hard work.

Great place to rent to own! Polite workers and wonderful service! Just made my second purchase through these guys! The process was very easy and the staff is awesome!

I ordered a new bed frame and mattress paid for items cash before being order the item came in the store associate didn't put a name on items then another store called and wanted it the clarksville store let other store take product I call a month later asking about my items the associate explained what had happen and I would have to wait till another shipment came in to get my items I questioned him about it tranfer to another store that need or wanted it he tell me it's there product and it's up to them what they do with buddy's home furnishings when asked about a refund he says they can't give refund on items that I never got. But have to admitt after waiting for the next truck the manager upgraded the bed from a full to a queen no extra cost ty

Awesome staff,good deals&always willing to work with on your payments..I've done business with them for over 8yrs,now I'm only speaking on my Clarksville ar store,an guys..don't know about the other stores..on top of the inventory is always changing..

Had some confusion with my payment schedule. I got pretty frustrated with the manager. Looked through my transactions and realized I was misunderstanding. Called back to apologize and James the manager was very nice and even waived my late fee.

Have been using this place since it was Aaron's starting back when my kids were very young. They worked with me and I highly recommend them. Great choices and friendly staff

They accidentally charge my card twice and when I called and alerted them to it, I was reimbursed within a couple days.
