Shoe Carnival

Clean and organized store. Friendly, helpful staff, greeted us promptly when we stepped through the door. Informed us and showed us how to order online, if size, color and shape wasn't available or in stock( Size 13 are notoriously hard to find ). Staff was visible and on the floor( even the manager) ready to assist. Shocked in a good way. The Customer service experience was pleasant.

I want to give Andrea a personal thank you. I had a very bad day dealing with customer service with other representatives today. (Note) not in your store.But you were so nice and helpful during my shopping experience and purchase that all the angry emotions when right out the door. Keep up your excellent work. Thanks

Love this store. I buy my Nike Cortez shoes to work in here. Always have my size and any shoe I want that they may not have stocked the clerk orders for me and ships to my home free.

Shoe Carnival is a amazing shoe store that have sales that takes 50% off. It haves basketball in a place called "Carnival hoops" and a Wheel to get the shoe prices lower. I love it
