They always seem to have what you want in stock although the customer service could be a little bit friendlier during the morning shift the graveyard shift is awesome

I have been going to this convenience store since I moved to this side of town in December of last year, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day every single day. Up until about a month ago I had never had any issues, all the staff was very nice and all know I am a regular customer. They hired a young girl who's name I'm not exactly sure how to spell or pronounce but I think it's Timomique or something to that effect. She is very rude, I usually go in with my own cups to get ice n this timI only had 1 and bought another one. She can't me up for 2 and I calmly told her. As she proceeded with the transaction I was talking to my boyfriend and she snapped at me saying she only charged me for the one. I said, "What"! and she started to raise her voice n I told her I wasn't talking to you. I said just give me my change and her exact words verbatim were "AND IF I DON'T?" I lost it n said I was going to call her manager and she said Idc. I had to go outside now she won't serve my bf and told me the other day "I can 't help you!" So now I'm forced to go elsewhere when she's there. I spoke to another employee who works in the morning and she said everyone complains about her. and a lot of the others don't want to work with her either. Im a general manager where I work and I've fired ppl for mistreating my guests. That girl needs to be fired, she has no business working to serve the public! She's unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to the max!!!!!!

Service here had gone down. This afternoon I stopped by for 4 packs of cigarettes, 2 different brands and was informed that I can only purchase 1 pack per brand. When I asked why, the cashier said that's just how it is there. When I stated that it's not been like that before she said they have been supposed to be doing it like that. I purchased 4 packs just last Monday and frequent this location a few times per week and haven't ever been told this.
What gives?

Air compressor is not working. Manager at time wise station is full aware about the problem, she is not responsable for the money that users as losing on the machine… she isn’t take any action to prevent more money lost from another users that want to get service from same air compressor machine. It’s not her problem

The heavy set black chick with the reddish tipped dreads. Caroline I believe is her name. Absolute worst...no customer service skills. Doesn't acknowledge the prices posted in the store. I pointed out the listed price for an item and told her that's what it should be sold for. She snatched the price down and charged whatever she wanted even after a knowledging she didn't have a price list or know what the price was. Reported this location to the FTC quick fast and in a hurry. Trash

This store price gouges. They had a 6 pack of Kona Beer on sale for $2.00...yup, $2... tagged and everything. The manager Caroline, young black girl with Auburn tipped dreds said it was the incorrect price. I told her ma'am that was a manufacturer price sticker and you have to sell it as such...it's the MSRP. She said nope and took all the beers down. Reported them to the FTC for price gouging. FTC report number 163896610

Sadly alot of people don't wear mask here. Alot of people sitting outside without mask too. Caught 3 people without mask all within 30 seconds

I have been trying to call this place nobody answers the phone the phone does not work even if you're trying to inquire about a job .

Worst customer service imaginable! Extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never be returning to this one I rather go anywhere else but here! Don’t waste time just try the gas station across the street.

Not very convenient would give 0 stars but one lowest assistant management useless and they don't carry change for large bills as most stores do and the soft drink machine only pours water

Cashier had an attitude for no reason and no mask in sight.
